Objective : By observing the changes of various indexes before and after treatment of extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot sacs,it is confirmed that extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot sputum in improving pain and activity restriction in patients with goose foot bursitis There are unique advantages in terms of symptoms and functional activity. At the same time, compared with the western medicine diclofenac diethylene latex external treatment, the principle of action is discussed and the basis for clinical treatment is provided. Methods : From March 2018 to December 2018,40 patients in the Department of Orthopaedics of Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of knee talus bursitis were selected as subjects.According to the patient's wishes and clinical actual information, the subjects were divided into two groups.20 patients in the group and 20 patients in the control group. There were no special differences in age, gender, and condition between the two groups. The treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot sputum. The treatment was preceded by traditional Chinese medicine hot sputum for 30 minutes, followed by extracorporeal shock wave treatment for 30 minutes, setting frequency:1.8 Hz,impact 2500 times;hot sputum treatment once a day,15 The second time is 1 course of treatment;the shock wave treatment is once every 5 days, and the treatment is 3 times for 1 course. The control group was treated with diclofenac diethyl latex,2 mg each time,2 times a day,15 days for a course of treatment. Both groups were treated continuously for two courses. The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),knee Lyshlom score, and knee mobility(ROM)were used to assess. And in the course of treatment, pay attention to observe whether the patient has adverse reactions, such as skin ecchymosis, subcutaneous hematoma, palpitations and so on.Result:(1)VAS score: The VAS scores of the two groups were reduced after treatment. In contrast, the VAS scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Lyshlom score of knee joint: The Lyshlom score of both groups increased after treatment. In contrast, the increase of the treatment group was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Knee activity(ROM): The joint mobility of both groups improved after treatment. In contrast, the improvement of activity in the treatment group was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Analysis of curative effect: Both groups had good clinical curative effect after treatment. The total effective rate was 95.00%in the treatment group and 85.00% in the control group.Compared with the control group, the treatment group was more effective, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)After the end of treatment, extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal sputum was superior to diclofenac diethyl acrylate external application in the indicators of pain visual analogue scale(VAS),knee Lyshlom score and joint mobility(ROM).(2)Shockwave therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine stagnation of sacral bursitis can alleviate the pain of patients, improve joint mobility and promote the recovery of knee joint function. The curative effect is exact and worthy of clinical application.
