Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave treatment(ESWT)of different time points on bone nonunion.Methods:Collected from 2010 to 2015, 21 patients with bone nonunion undergoing extracorporeal shock wave treatment were divided into two groups. Group A for postoperative 3-6 month of 11 cases, Group B for 7 to October of 10 cases,by focused extracorporeal shock wave therapy with personalized treatment parameters.Regular review X-ray, and by using the variance analysis of repeated measurement data.Results:In the callus score and score on the fracture line, group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave treatment of bone nonunion is safe,effective,and early intervention effect is better. |
