| [Objective]Urolithasis is a kind of hackneyed disease of urinary surgery.In China,especially in the South,disease rate is reach up to 1%.The urinary surgery institute of Beijing medical college discover that the patients of urolithasia is 22.3%with the rate during the same month last year,Guangdong to exceed 30%.The treatment of urolithiasis has had the revolutionary change since 1980,in which Chaussy has for the first time applied ESWL to treat urolithiasis.Along with equipment,technical unceasing renewal and clinical experience unceasing accumulation, ESWL had been widely used to cure urolithiasis now ESWL is one of principal therapies in curing urolithiasis Because ESWL cannot cause the stone to vanish immediately,it only creates the condition for eradieation stone.After the ESWL treatment,the big stone easy to disrupt into scraps If does not take measure to remove stones as soon as possible,it possibly can cause the adverse consequences of residual stones,Therefore,after the ESWL treatment,coordinate with therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine has became an effective method to enhance treatment effect,promote the stone discharge,reduce the number of times to crush stone ane the corresponding complication,coordinate with therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat with urolithiasis have vital and the unique practical significance.The purpose of this topic is through the clinical research,discusse the influence of cure rate and total effective rate after use Paishi DecoctionⅡ.[Method]Al1 70 Patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Hubei College of TCM,conforming to the diagnostic standard,were randomly divided into two groups:therapeutic group(n=37),control group(n=30).Both groups are routinely treated by western medicine,in addition,the treatment groups is treated with Paishi DecoctionⅡ,and both groups are treated with the same nursing(the nurse combine traditional Chinese and western medicine),observing the difference of clinical symptoms and signs before and behind treatments.Observes the therapeutic indexes,such as duration before stone eradication,cure rate and total efficient rate of two group of case,and so on.[Results]1 The treatment group cure rate and the total effectiveness respectively are 70.3%,96.6%,the control group cure rate and effectiveness respectively are 53.3%,86.6%,In both treatment groups and comparison groups efficiency rate and cure rate have evident difference,p＜0.05.It illuminate that treatment groups have better effect than comparison groups.2 The stone eradication rate of the therapeutic group was 73.3%,higher than the control group(53.3%),and there was significant difference between two groups,which indicated that therapeutic group had better effect on stone eradication than the control group.3 The duration before stone eradication of the therapeutic group was 20.38±10.56days,significantly shorter than the control group(31.05±11.76days)(P＜0.05).4 There was significant difference between before and behind treatments in the total scores of both two groups(p＜0.05),and there was no-sifnificant score difference between the two groups(P＞0.05),which indicated that both therapeutic group and control group could improve the symptoms and signs of urolithiasis,and the therapeutic group had no better effect than the control group.5 The stone eradication rate of the therapeutic group respectively was:kidney 68.8%,ureter 72.7%,bladder 70%,compared with the contral group,which eradication rate respectively was 45.5%,58.3%,57.1%,there was significant difference between the two groupsin the stone eradication rate(p＜0.05)it indicated that therapeutic group had better effect than the contral group.6 The treatment group routine urine test hematuria changes for the better rate is 96.9%,has the significance difference with the control group(25.0%)(P＜0.05), Which indicated that the therapeutic group had better effect on curing the urine abnormality than the control group. [Conclusion]The treatment principle of Paishi DecoctionⅡmay summarize for:cleating heat and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation to arrest pain,removing urinary calculus and Tonglin.Clinical acts according to the recipe-constructing characteristic of Paishi DecoctionⅡ,under the Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment principle,and unifies the modern mediccal treatment,therefore can receive a good effect.The experimental result indicated that,Paishi DecoctionⅡcan effectively enhance the stone eradication rate,shorten the duration,improves hematuria after the ESWL technique,is an effective method to treat with urolithiasis,has the high clinical practice value. |
