Objective:1.Through the questionnaire epidemiological survey of acne patients to observe the characteristics of different age groups and distribution area of acne patients.2.To observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of acne patients with different disease site characteristics and summarize his experience in the treatment of acne.Methods:1.Through the questionnaire epidemiological survey of 450 acne patients cases is to analyze the characteristics of the three age groups of 12-18,19-24 and 25-50 on their pathogenic site.2.There are 180 acne patients, among them aging 12 to 18 rash happens in frontal lungs by a group of 60 patients with wind heat type of acne;19-24,skin rash in multiple weeks of mouth and two cheeks which belong to the syndrome of spleen and stomach in patients with acne B group of 60 cases;25 to 50 years old skin happens in submandibular C group of 60 patients with liver and kidney deficiency type acne.at the same time, according to the principle of random,The three groups of A,B,C were randomly divided into: the treatment group and control group 30 cases. The three treatment groups,Professor liu qiao was given his experience prescriptions like acne no.1,acne no.2 and acne no.3 and used the topical benzoyl peroxide gel.Doxycycline was taken orally and benzoyl peroxide gel was applied topically in all the control groups. To record changes in GAGS scores,TCM syndromes scores and adverse reactions in the the two groups before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks and 8 weeks. At the same time, patients were followed up for 1 month after withdrawal.Result:1.According to the epidemiological survey results, the most common skin rash occurred in the 450 cases of acne patients were around the mouth(25.1%)and both cheeks(20.9%),followed by the forehead(16.89%),mandibular(15.56%),nose(14.89%),chest and back(4.22%),and neck(2.44%).In the age group of 12-18 years old,the acne rash mainly distributed in the forehead and nose,P<0.01 compared with other parts. The acne rash was mainly distributed in the two cheeks and around the mouth of acne patients aged 19-24 years in adolescence,P<0.01 compared with other parts. The skin rash mainly distributed in the mandible in acne patients aged 25-50 years,P<0.01 compared with other parts.2.After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy of acne patients in group A and C was equivalent at week 2(P>0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group from week 4 to week 8 was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At week 2 and 4,the clinical efficacy of acne patients in group B was comparable between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).At week 6 and week 8,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of skin lesion scores in the three age groups: 2 weeks after treatment,P<0.05 in group A and B,and P>0.05 in group C;4 weeks to 8 weeks after treatment, all P values in the three groups were(P<0.01).The P values of the three groups were all(P<0.01).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores among the three age groups: after 2 weeks of treatment,P<0.01 in group A,P<0.01 in group B,P<0.01 in group C,P<0.01 in group A,P<0.01 in group C,P>0.05 in group C,P<0.01 in group A,P<0.01 in group C.The P values of the three groups were all(P<0.01).5.During the 8 weeks treatment, there was one case with gastrointestinal discomfort and diarrhea occurred in the treatment group A,while the rest of the patients had no other adverse reactions. The follow-up of the cured patients after discontinuation for one month showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group A,B and C was significantly lower than that of the control group A,B and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Epidemiological investigation shows that the distribution of acne rash varies with age.The acne rash is mainly distributed in the forehead and nose of acne patients aged 12-18 in adolescence,in cheeks and around the mouth of acne patients aged 19-24 in adolescence, and in mandible of acne patients aged 25-50 after puberty.2.According to different ages and different disease sites,my tutor, took medicine with differentiation of syndromes: acne no.1,acne no.2,and acne no.3 combined with benzoyl peroxide gel were better than doxycycline combined with benzoyl peroxide gel in the treatment of acne GAGS score,long-term efficacy and TCM syndrome score.3.My tutor can treat acne, based on different age and site syndrome differentiation, which is better for clinical syndrome differentiation and worthy of further research and application.
