Clinical Observation Of Juantongzhuyu Decoction Combined With The Pressing Moxibustion Treating Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Object:This study used the idea of combination of “discriminate”and“distinguish collaterals ”,to evaluation the clinical effect and security of treating blood stasis type of postherpetic neuralgia by juantong zhuyu Decoction Combined with the pressing moxibustion.To explore the clinical practicability and guiding significance of treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,providing new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:According to randomized grouping principle,108 cases that meetting the inclusion criteria were divided into three groups,36 cases in one group,experimental group,pressing moxibustion group and suspension moxibustion group.Experimental group were given juantong zhuyu Decoction and pressing moxibustion;the pressing moxibustion group treated by Xuefuzhuyu Oral tablets and pressing moxibustion;while the suspension moxibustion group treated by Xuefuzhuyu Oral tablets and suspension moxibustion.Continuous treatment for 4 weeks,by comparing the patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,PRI score,VAS score,PPI score changes to determine the efficacy and safety of this test.Results:1.After treatment for 4 weeks,the effective rate and the total effective rate of the experimental group were 67.65 % and 91.18 %,and the effective rate and total effective rate of the pressing moxibustion group were 54.55 % and 63.64 %,the effective rate and total effective rate of the suspension moxibustion group were45.16%and 48.39%.The SPSS21.0 software statistical analysis: The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than the pressing moxibustion group(P <0.05).The effective rate of the pressing moxibustion group was significantly better than the suspended moxibustion group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than the pressing moxibustion group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the pressing moxibustion group was significantly better than that of the suspended moxibustion group(P <0.05).The difference was statistically significant.2.Through the comparison after the treatment of TCM syndrome score,PRI score,VAS score,PPI score,the experimental group was better than the pressing moxibustion group(P<0.05),the pressing moxibustion group was better than the suspended moxibustion group of TCM syndrome score,PRI score,VAS score(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.3.After the treatment,the adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the pressing moxibustion group and suspended moxibustion group,the recurrence rate was lower than that in the pressing moxibustion group and suspended moxibustion group.Conclusion:1.Juantong zhuyu Decoction Combined with pressing moxibustion treatment for Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of postherpetic neuralgia is feasible,provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment.2.Juantong zhuyu Decoction Combined with pressing moxibustion treatment for Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of postherpetic neuralgia is safe and effective,worthy of clinical application.
