| Object: This study compared the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with local moxibustion therapy and oral western medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,providing clinical basis for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with abdominal acupuncture,and enriching the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods: In this study,60 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with local moxibustion once a day for 5 consecutive times.The control group was given carbamazepine tablets orally for 15 days,one tablet at a time,twice a day.The maximum dose should not exceed 1.2g per day.The dosage can be adjusted in time according to the changes of the patient's pain score and adverse reactions.Both groups of patients during the treatment of spicy food.During the treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were observed before and after treatment,and the time needed for the pain to reduce by 30% after treatment.Results: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease,VAS score and PSQI score between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability;2.2.Therapeutic effects:(1)the VAS score comparison: the treatment group and control group VAS score there was no statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P> 0.05),after the 3 period of treatment,two groups of VAS score than before,is,in the two groups before and after treatment and statistically significant difference(P< 0.01),and VAS score was lower than those of control group,treatment group show abdomen needle combined with local average moxibustion,karma can alleviate patients' pain,but more local analgesic effect of moxibustion combined abdominal needle;(2)In terms of the number of days needed to reduce the pain by 30%,the time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group.After statistical test,P< 0.01 indicated that the effect time of abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy was faster.(3)the PSQI score comparison: PSQI score before treatment group and the control group there was no statistical significance(P> 0.05)difference contrast,three after the treatment,two groups of PSQI scores were compared with the previous reduction,compared in two groups before and after the treatment,statistically significant difference(P< 0.01),and the treatment group of PSQI score was lower than those of control group,the abdominal needle combined with local moxibustion,karma west average can improve patients' sleep quality,but abdominal needle combined with local moxibustion effect is better;(4)Among the 30 patients in the treatment group,16 were cured,7 were effective,5 were effective and 2 were ineffective,with a significant recovery rate of 76.67% and an effective rate of 93.33%.Of the 30 patients in the control group,6 were cured,8 were effective,11 were effective and 5 were ineffective,with a significant recovery rate of 46.7% and an effective rate of 83.4%.After statistical test,P<0.01,indicating that abdominal acupuncture combined with local moxibustion clinical efficacy is better.Conclusion: 1.Abdominal acupuncture combined with local moxibustion therapy can effectively reduce the pain of neuralgia after herpes zoster,andimprove the quality of sleep,the curative effect is definite,the effect is better than carbazepine.2.The pain relief time of abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy is shorter than that of carbamazepine,indicating that the effect time of abdominal acupuncture combined with moxibustion therapy is faster.3.No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group of abdominal acupuncture combined with local moxibustion,indicating that the combination of abdominal acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is safe and effective,and can avoid side effects such as gastrointestinal reactions,drowsiness and fatigue caused by oral drugs. |
