Objective: The main pharmacodynamic functions of Ji Ru Ge-6 suppository in bacteriostasis,pain relief and bacteriostasis were proved.Methods: ICR female mice the animal model of white candida vaginitis and SPF grade SD female rat cervicitis were established.The individual is divided into normal group,model group,Jiruge-6 suppository small,medium,high dose group and Jiruge-6 powder group,positive control group,each group of 8.24 hours after the completion of the model,the ICR female mice were given saline in the normal and model groups,and the Jiruge-6 suppository was small and medium.The high dose group was given 0.2g/Kg 0.4g/Kg 0.8g/Kg dose of Jiluge-6 suppository,the Jiruge-6 flavors Powder group was given 0.4g/kg,Jiruge-6 flavors Powder,and the positive control group was given 0.2g/Kg Baofukang suppository.The normal and model groups of SD female rats were given saline,Jiruge-6 suppository was small,and the middle and high dose groups were given 0.14g/Kg 0.27g/Kg 0.54g/Kg dose of Jiluge-6 suppository,respectively.The Jiruge-6 flavors Powder group was given 0.27g/kg Jiruge-6 flavors Powder,and the positive control group was given 0.16g/Kg Baofu kangshuan once a day for10 days.ICR female mice were taken from the eyeball and the serum IFN-? was detected.The concentration of IL-10.The vaginal tissue was taken for histopathological examination.The vagina and cervix of SD female rats were taken to measure the concentration of PGE2 and the pathological examination.Results: Experiment 1 1.Evaluation of vaginal mouth lesions Compared with the normal group,the lesion symptoms of the model group were particularly serious,there were obvious differences(p<0.01),compared with the model group,the lesions of each drug group were lighter,and the symptoms in the middle dose group were the lightest(p<0.01).2.Evaluation of colony number of vaginal lavage fluid Compared with the normal group,the number of colonies in the model group increased significantly(p<0.01),and the number of colonies in each drug group decreased compared with that of the model group,among which the colony reduction was the most obvious in the dose group of Girug-6 thrombolysis,(p<0.01).There was no difference compared with the positive control group.3.Evaluation of the concentration of IFN-? and IL-10 in serum Compared with the normal group,the content of IFN-? in serum of the model group decreased obviously(p<0.01),the content of IL-10 increased obviously(p<0.01),and compared With the model group,the IFN-? content of the administration group increased with different degree,and the content of IL-10 decreased with different degree.The dosage of Girug-6 thrombolysis can significantly increase the content of IFN-?(p<0.01),and the content of IL-10 can be significantly reduced(p<0.01).4.Evaluation of pathological morphological changes of vaginal tissue Compared with the normal group,the vaginal mucosal epithelium thickened and mucosal edema thickened in the model group,and inflammatory cell infiltration occurred.Compared with the model group,the drug delivery groups had significant improvement,vaginal mucosal edema was not obvious and there was no significant inflammatory hyperplasia.Among them,the improvement of dose group in Girug-6 thrombolysis was the most obvious.Experiment 21.Compared with the normal group,the content of Pge2 in cervical angular tissue of the model group increased significantly(p<0.01),and the PGE2 content of the drug delivery groups decreased with the model group The pge2 content of small and medium dose group decreased significantly(p<0.01),which was close to that of the positive control group.2.Evaluation of pathological morphology of cervical angle tissue Compared with the normal group,the model group had obvious pathological morphological changes such as vaginal and cervical angular mucosa degeneration or shedding forming ulcer,cervical congestion edema,inflammatory cell infiltration,fiber hyperplasia and so on.Compared with the model group,the pathological changes of vaginal and cervical angular tissue in each group of administration were significantly improved.The improvement effect of the small dose group in Jirug-6 suppository was the best.Conclusion:1.Jiruge-6 suppository can improve the symptoms of vaginal orifice lesions in candida albicans vaginitis mice,inhibit the proliferation of candida albicans,reduce the concentration of il-10 and increase the concentration of ifn-gamma,which has a certain antibacterial effect.2.Jiruge-6 suppository,reduce the concentration of PGE2 can improve and restore the vaginal and cervical pathomorphological changes,has a certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.3.According to the experimental results and scientific data,the traditional Mongolian medicine jiruge-6 has the function of bacteriostasis and analgesic,and provides the scientific basis that jiruge-6 suppository has better pharmacodynamic function than traditional medicine.
