Objective:the clinical analgesia effect of the self-made traditional Chinese suppository after the operation of Coloproctology was studied.Methods:the 300 patients were divided into two groups randomly. the group A was enteric controlled release analgesia suppository (treatment group) and the B group was Diclofenac Sodium Suppositories (control group). All of them were the coloproctology department surgery patients in Jinan Huaiyin Hospital from January to October 2009.The analgesia, postoperative complications and adverse reactions were observed in both groups Patients after 4 hours,8 hours,12 hours and 24 hours.Result:the analgesic effect of enteric controlled release analgesia suppository was better than the Diclofenac Sodium Suppositories after operation.Conclusion:The method of enteric controlled release analgesia suppository is better in treatment of post-operative anal intestinal.
