Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Hard Spot Disease By Medicated Moxibustion Cupping

Objective: Through reading related books and literatures,I found that the research of localized scleroderma is some limited,this study is based on professor Li Linge's clinical cases observation was carried out research and analysis,summarize regularity,to explore the diagnosis and treatment method of the Jar with Medicinal moxibustion for the Jar with Medicinal moxibustion(cold-dampness and stasis)clinical curative effect,enrich and optimize the diagnosis and treatment schemes of hard spot,hard spot for TCM treatment provides a new way,further for the traditional Chinese medicine therapy in clinical application development to provide a theoretical basis.Methods: 84 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with asiaticoside tablets combined with heparin sodium ointment,while the treatment group was treated with medicinal moxibustion on the basis of the control group.During the treatment,the patients in the two groups maintained normal life patterns,avoided eating spicy hair,quit smoking and drinking,regulated mood,and paid attention to cold and warm protection.The changes of skin hardness score,joint function score and joint pain score before and after treatment were observed and recorded after 4 consecutive courses of treatment.Result:1.After 4 treatment courses(16 weeks),the skin hardness score,joint function score and joint pain score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group's was 85.0%,and the rate of the control group's was 68.3%,which with a significant difference between that two groups(P<0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclusion:1.Moxibustion with cupping can effectively improve skin hardness points,joint function points and joint pain points before and after treatment of sclerotopia(cold-dampness and stasis).2.Moxibustion with medicine and cupping is a safe and effective method to treat the scleroderma(cold-dampness and stasis).
