Clinical Observation Of Runmu Shugan Decoction Add And Subtract In The Treatment Of Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Qi Due To Depression Of The Liver Dry Eye

Purpose:: through clinical research,to explore the clinical efficacy of the Runmu Shugan Decoction add and subtract in the treatment of syndrome of Stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver Dry eyeMethods: from January 2017 to January 2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ophthalmology clinic were diagnosed as syndrome of Stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver dry eye in 48 patients as the research object.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 24 cases.The control group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.The treatment group received Runmu Shugan Decoction add and subtract with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.,randomly divided into treatment group.One course of treatment is eight weeks.Have a fixed personnel record before treatment,after a course of treatment,and one month after the end of treatment of dry eye indicators(the subjective symptoms of the patients by questionnaire,slit lamp observation indexes of STT,BUT,FL etc.).The collected data were analyzed by statistical analysis to explore the curative effect.Results: after treatment for 1 months,after the end of treatment,the patients were interviewed and analyzed.Returns: Runmu Shugan Decoction add and subtract with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops compared with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.(p<0.05)the curative effect is remarkable,before and after the treatment compared to the curative effect difference.At the end of the treatment group: 6 cases healed completely well,10 cases had marked effect,5 cases had effect,3 cases without effect,and the total cure rate was 87.50%.the experimental group: 4 cases healed completely well,6 cases had marked effect,7 cases had effect,7 cases without effect,and the total cure rate was70.83%.Significant difference(p<0.05)significant.Conclusion: Runmu Shugan Decoction add and subtract with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops for syndrome of Stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver has good curative effect.Runmu Shugan Decoction add and subtract with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops than Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops and has great Decoction advantages,have a good clinical value.
