Clinical Characteristics Of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture Based On Data Mining

Objective:This topic uses computer mining technology to summarize,organize and analyze the application of genus and disease types,the way of needle insertion,the time of needle retention and the therapeutic effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy,and to explore the clinical application rules and characteristics of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy.Good use and promotion provide a more effective reference value.Methods:1 The literature on wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy is downloaded and carefully studied by computer search.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the downloaded wristband literature was sorted and screened.2 By organizing the relevant literature of wrist and ankle acupuncture therapy,create an independent database of wrist and ankle acupuncture therapy.The first step is to enter the basic information of the literature one by one,including the title,author,keyword,literature source,and volume.Two steps to input effective information about wrist ankle acupuncture,including specific information such as family,disease name,needle manipulation,acupoint selection,treatment effect and treatment.3 Enter the relevant information data of wrist and ankle acupuncture in the literature.In order to ensure the quality of the literature data,after the completion of the entry,a three-level review is conducted.4 Set the relationship between wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy and appropriate disease,disease family and clinical treatment effect,present it to the researchers in the form of graphs,and analyze and integrate.Result:After searching,screening and analysis,328 articles related to wrist-ankle needles were recorded.In the frequency of applied departments,there were 165 surgical-related diseases,the highest frequency,ranking first among all families,and the frequency of medical related diseases was 102 times.The frequency of occurrence of the remaining families was 15 times for gynecology,15 times for ENT,15 times for dermatology,9 times for pediatrics,and 7 times for psychiatry.According to statistics,there are 83 diseases treated by wrist-ankle acupuncture,most of them are internal medicine,involving 30 internal medicines,followed by 28 surgical,9 ENT,6 gynecology,4 psychiatric,3 dermatology and 3 pediatrics.Wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment is very effective in the treatment of various clinical subjects,Among them,the cure rate of gynecology is the highest,reaching 58.11%.Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture is applicable in all clinical departments.Wrist-ankle acupuncture is the most widely used surgical disease in various subjects.According to statistics from the literature,the injured tendon is the most common disease treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture.The most common treatment is the drug.Treatment and acupuncture treatment;wrist and ankle acupuncture treatment of clinical subjects have significant effects,of which pediatrics is the most prominent.
