Research On Characteristics Of Diseases From Clinical Application Treated By Eye Acupuncture Base On Date Ming

Objective: In this paper,using data mining technology to sum up and analyze relevant literatures of eye acupuncture therapy,to discusse and summarize the dominant diseases and application rules of eye acupuncture therapy,providing effective reference for the better application of this therapy in clinical practice and further development.Methods: 1 With eye acupuncture as the research object,in Wan Fang database,CNKI and the Chinese biomedical literature database,the publication time from January 1,1980 to December 31,2017 eye acupuncture literature,and collecting medical record and books about eye acupuncture,the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were developed for screening.2 By referring to the established databases of hand-acupuncture therapy,wrist and ankle acupuncture therapy,and combining with the characteristics of eye acupuncture therapy,a database platform of eye acupuncture therapy was created,including literature title,author,source,disease name,acupoint selection principle,needle manipulation,combination therapy,needle retention time and efficacy and other useful information.Carry on the normalization processing to the information,make the unified input standard.3 The documents,books,works and medical records that meet the inclusion criteria were recorded into the eye needle therapy database one by one.Implementing three-level audit system strictly to ensure the accuracy of input information and to avoid manual error.4 We set the correlation among eye acupuncture therapy and applicable diseases,families,acupoint selection,combination therapy and curative effect,summarize the rules and characteristics,and present researchers in the form of intuitive charts to them.Results: 178 journals and 210 medical records were recorded.There are42 diseases in the periodical literature and 53 diseases in the medical record literature.The diseases include internal diseases,head and body pain,skin diseases,gynecological diseases,ent diseases,acute diseases and other diseases.Ophthalmic acupuncture was the most frequent treatment for internal medical diseases,284 times,followed by head physical pain,54 times,12 times in the department of facial functions,14 times in the department of dermatology,22 times in the department of gynecology,4 times in emergencies,and 1 time in others.The curative effect of eye acupuncture therapy on diseases was significant,and the recovery rate in the periodical literature was 100%,83.88%,79.57%,71.02%,70.87%,68.21%,and 68.13%,respectively.In the medical record literature,the increasing rate reaches 100%.Conclusion: In addition to pediatrics,the internal medicine application is the most;Apoplexy sequela is the most used disease in eye acupuncture therapy.The principle of acupoint selection is mostly applied to the diseased position;The most acupuncture methods were transorbital stab.The maximum retention time is 20-30 minutes.The total treatment frequency was the highest at 11-20 times.Eye acupuncture has a remarkable effect.
