Objective: This topic uses computer mining techniques to summarize,sort out and analyze the application of genus and diseases,insertion of the needle,hand-manipulating of needle,scalp acupuncture systems,scalp acupuncture stimuli and therapeutic effects.To explore the clinical application and characteristics of scalp acupuncture therapy,and provide an effective reference for future clinical application and exploration.Methods:1 Head acupuncture literature as a source of information,we use computer retrieving CNKI involved in the related literature,download and read related literature.On the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria,carefully read,select and collate the entire literature on scalp therapy retrieved.2 The scalp acupuncture therapy literature database platform was established and the effective information in the literature was recorded.Input data contains basic information of literature title,authors,keywords,literature origin,phase volume and specific information such as departments,diseases,needling manipulations,Scalp acupuncture points,curative effects,etc.Some literatures are extracted for pre-input and timely correction.3 The data of the journal articles and dissertations of scalp acupuncture therapy are recorded.After the completion of the entry,we conducted a three-level audit system to ensure the quality of the data recorded in the literature.4 The relevant literature of scalp acupuncture therapy is recorded,checked,cleaned,and analyzed and so on.The relationship between the scalp acupuncture therapy and the disease,the disease and the therapeutic effect were established by using OLAP technology,in the form of a chart for the researchers.Results:A total of 587 papers were recorded.In terms of frequency of application of the family,there were 438 cases of internal medicine and followed by surgeries,paediatrics,department of medicine,gynecology and dermatology.Involved 102 diseases,most used for internal medicine,for 55 diseases,the remaining followed by surgical diseases,pediatrics,ent,department of gynaecology,dermatologist.The rapid propulsive needle method is the most frequently used needle injection method,which is 130 times,and the rest is the fly needle into the needle method,the clamping into the needle method,the twist into the needle method and the finger cutting into the needle method.The method of rapid twirling(264)in twirling method is the most applied,and the extraction method(73 times)in the interpolation method is more applied.Total scalp system,acupoint application frequency from high to low in turn for Jiao Shunfa scalp acupuncture,scalp-point programme of the international standardization,Fang Yunpeng scalp acupuncture,Zhu Mingqing scalp acupuncture,Tang Songyan scalp acupuncture,Lin Xuejian scalp acupuncture and new treatment area of scalp acupuncture.The acupoint application of each scalp system was sorted out,and in the Jiao Shunfa scalp needle the most frequently used was the motor area,124 times.The second is the scalp-point programme of the international standardization,105 times.The effect of scalp acupuncture therapy on clinical subjects was significant,among which the dermatology was the most prominent.Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture therapy is applied in clinical departments,with the most frequency of internal medicine application,and the most applied diseases are the sequelae of stroke and apoplexy.Fast propulsion needle body method is the most frequently used injection method.The fast twist method is the most widely used needle manipulation.Jiao Shunfa scalp needle as the most frequently used,the motor area is the most frequently used acupuncture point in each scalp system.The head acupuncture therapy has remarkable effect on the clinical subjects,and the dermatology is the most prominent.
