Curative Effect Of Qishenhuanwu Capsule On Neural Function For Patients Undergoing Replantation Of Amputated Fingers

Objectives To explore the clinical effect observation for the sensory function recovery after replantation of amputated fingers of digital nerve with Qishenhuanwu capsule and discover the Chinese herbal preparations with clear curative effect.Methods 80 patients with replantation of amputated fingers were selected between the September 2017 to September 2018 in the Cangzhou Hospital Of Integrated TCMWM·Hebei,divided into treatment group and control group with Stochastic Digital Table method.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups of patients,such as sex,age,finger type and other related factors.The treatment group added Qishenhuanwu capsules,take orally,3 times a day on the basis of routine treatment after replantation of severed finger.the Methycobal tablets which take orally of 0.5mg per day in 3 divided doses were added on the basis of routine treatment after replantation of severed finger in control group,The follow-up of 4 weeks,8 weeks and 16 weeks after operation was carried out,and the sensory recovery of the two groups were recorded,and the statistical analysis and curative effect evaluation were carried out.Results After 4 weeks of postoperative treatment,the sensory scores of the treatment group and the control group were 0,There was no difference between the two groups and no comparison was made.there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the sympathetic recovery of the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of postoperative treatment,compared the sensory rating with monofilament touch of the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the sympathetic recovery,the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).After 16 weeks of treatment,the sensory rating and single-filament tactile sensation of patients in the treatment group were compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The recovery of two-point discrimination in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The change of finger sympathetic recovery in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the detumescence of finger in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group.This difference was statistically significant.(P < 0.05)Conclusions Qishen Huanwu Capsule can be used to promote the recovery of finger nerve function after replantation of severed finger,and at the same time to promote the disappearance of swelling of affected finger.Its efficacy is definite and safe,which is worthy of clinical application.Figure4;Table11;Reference 90...
