Objective: To observe the effects of Qishenhuanwu Capsule on the level of Plasma TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG and LP(?)in Rats with Coronary Heart disease(CHD)and explore possible mechanism on CHD and to offer reliable experimental evidence for preventing and curing CHD.Methods: 56 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group(13 rats)and model group(43 rats).The model group rats with CHD were created by high fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of Pituitrin.We evaluated the success of the modeling by observing the coronary artery and myocardial tissue.The successful model of the rats were randomly divided into model control group,low,middle,and high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group,adding to normal control group,a total of 5 groups.Every group was given a gavage with the dosage of 10ml/kg,once a day,for 4 weeks.Normal control group and model control group were give normal saline;the low,middle,and high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group were respectively given Qishenhuanwu capsule 0.125 g/(kg·d),0.25 g/(kg·d)and 0.5g/(kg·d).At the end of the 4th week,all rats were fasted for 24 hours and then anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of chloral hydrate.We collected abdominal aortic blood,and tested TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG and LP(?)with automatic biochemical analyzer.Coronary artery and myocardial tissue were prepared for observation.We use a software of SPSS 21.0 for statistics analysis,?=0.05.Measurement data is described by mean±standard deviation(X ±S).We use analysis of variance(ANOVA)to analyze the difference between groups.Results:1 Date includes 48 rats(normal control group 10,model control group 9,low dose group 10,middle dose group 9,high dose group 10)admitted to this study.2 The general condition of rats: the model control group and low,middle,high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group rats compared with the normal group,activities and eating less,lags in response,the colour dark matt,die blausucht.3 The coronary artery and myocardial pathological changes of model control group rats compared with normal control group rats included coronary artery wall lipid deposition,intimal injury,disordered arrangement of myocardial cell swelling,and myocardial fibrosis,parts have obvious focal necrosis,and nuclear atrophy.The coronary artery and myocardial pathological changes of model control group and low,middle,high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group rats then observed no significant difference.4 Before molding,weight in rats was no significant difference(P>0.05).After molding and treatment,the weight of the model control group and low,middle,high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group rats were significantly lighter than normal control group rats(P<0.05);there was no significant difference among the CHD model groups(P>0.05).5 Compared with the normal control group,in the model control group and low,middle,and high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group,the level of TC?LDL-C,TG and LP(?)all increased significantly(P<0.05);the leavl of HDL-C reduced(P<0.05).6 Compared with the model control group,in the low,middle,and high Qishenhuanwu capsule dose group,the TC,LDL-C and TG concentration all decreased significantly(P<0.05);the HDL-C concentration increased(P<0.05);the LP(?)concentration showed statistic meaningless(P>0.05).7 The middle and high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group compared with low dose group rats,serum TC,LDL-C and TG were decreased(P<0.05),HDL-C and LP(?)indicated no significant difference(P > 0.05).There was no significant statistic meaning among the middle and high dose group groups in TC,LDL-C and LP(?)concentration(P>0.05),but the TG concentration ofhigh dose group was lower than the middle dose group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1 The level of TC,LDL-C,TG and LP(?)increases in CHD rats.2 The coronary artery and myocardial pathological changes in the low,middle,and high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group rats are better than that in model control group,suggesting that Qishenhuanwu capsule plays a protective role on coronary artery and myocardium.So it has a certain therapeutic effect on CHD.3 Qishenhuanwu capsule can reduce serum TC,LDL-C and TG concentration and enhance serum HDL-C concentration.The effect of Qishenhuanwu capsule on lipid profile modification in the middle and high dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group is better than the low dose Qishenhuanwu capsule group.Compared with middle dose group,high dose group has no significant difference in TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and LP(?),but the high dose group can reduce the concentration of TG better.So middle dose is enough when we treat CHD with Qishenhuanwu capsule.4 Qishenhuanwu capsule can't reduce the LP(?).
