Background:In the clinical work,we will find the wounded finger within 1 week after replantion, the color is red,the stomach is full,skin temperature is high;But after 1 week later,we may find the color gradually dimming,stomach,skin temperature is dropping,and with the prolonged,we can find the fingerprint becoming shallow,skin becoming thinner,no sweating,rendering the whole wounded finger after replatation(even we think the surgery ideal is very good, also can appear).We know the symptoms of pointed out now(fingerprint becomes shallow, skin becomes thin,no sweating,the whole of a downward) should be after peripheral nerve injury caused by clinical symptoms,what is the contraction refers to the blood supply which recoveries in good situation in early can become worse gradually?What’s the relation of the wounded finger between the blood circulation and the nerve injury?We are preparing with the help of the experiment which observes the mean of the wounded finger nail fold microcirculation after 1 year and the function of nerve sensation,to find the connection between of them.Objective:Study the relationship of the wounded finger after nail fold microcirculation 1 year between the recovery of sensation of the nerve.Methods:Using WX- 9 type a nail fold microcirculation apparatus and color video system and cold light source,under the room temperature(20-- 25 ℃),1 year after the observation of the wounded finger nail fold microciculation(cases),and compared with the contralateral corresponding refers to the body,to detect a knit loop pipe form loops(clarity,deformity,number of loops,input output diameter,branch diameter,loops, length, pipe jacking loops),flow pattern,erythrocyte aggregation,blood(velocity),loops weeks state(exudation,hemorrhage,venous plexus under the nipple,nipple,sweat gland duct).Results with field bovine weighted integral method for processing.Detection at the same time corresponding finger feel recovery(The British medical association evaluation criteria),and according to the function recovery feel accept experiment object can be divided into two groups(feel recover better and feel not ideal),and then two groups of nail fold microcirculation of tube loops shape,flow pattern,loops week status,comparing the weighted integral test whether statistically significant.Results:Nail fold microcirculation detection shows that:the wounded finger replantation after 1 year refers to body compared with the contralateral control,tube loop shape,velocity there is still a difference(p < 0.05),loops differences from the previous week status slightly decreases,and with clear difference refers to the feeling.The wounded finger replantation after 1 year refers to body microcirculation with the control points: tube loop form,develop 1.12,control scored0.25,control group 0.59,control scored0.13,blood flow,develop 1.27,control scored0.22,control group 0.73,control scored0.19,loops zhou state,with 1.62,control scored0.21,control group 1.18,control scored0.16.Finger replantation after 1 year,still less capillary tube loop number,shortening of the loop remains,pipe diameter is fine,the flow velocity is slow,loops weeks state than the control group also have obvious difference.Cancer refers to the sensation recovery than the control group have significant differences,Many for S3 level(light pain and touch fully recovered,no allergies).According to sensory recovery group(feeling restoring good for group A,poor recovery for group B), and according to the nail fold microcirculation tube loops shape,flow pattern,loops week status:comparing the weighted integral tube loop form,1.01,control scored0.23 group A and group B 1.42,control scored0.25;Flow regime,1.09,control scored0.22 group A and group B 1.49,control scored0.24;Week of loops,1.04,control scored0.2 group A and group B 1.65,control scored0.21.According to the comparison,there exists significant difference found in the two groups,statistically significant,nail fold microcirculation of the wounded finger and finger function recovery is proportional to the feeling,nail fold microcirculation can reflect the condition changes.Conclusion:1. The wounded finger nail fold microcirculation change markedly.2. The recovery of wounded finger’s feel has undergone a certain process,there is a certain correlation between of them:the nail fold microcirculation,the better recovery,fingers also tended to feel better.3. The surgical curative effect of the wounded finger nail fold microcirculation detection is to restore an objective evaluation method,and to guide clinical treatment.
