The Clinical Study Of Qishenhuanwu Capsule Combined With Mecobalamin Tables On Recovery Of Neural Function For Patients After The Operation Of Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

Objectives By observing changes in neurological function recovery,neuroelectrophysiological data,and functional evaluation of cubital tunnel syndrome,the clinical efficacy of Qishen Huanwu Capsule combined with mecobalamin tablets on ulnar nerve functional recovery in patients with cubital tunnel syndrome was discussed.Provide a safe and effective method for the treatment of ulnar nerve function recovery after cubital tunnel syndrome.Methods The cases included in the subject came from September 2018 to September 2019.Hand and Microsurgery,Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Hebei Province,were all hospitalized patients with cubital tunnel syndrome,a total of 60 patients.Random number table method was used to randomly divide 60 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome who met the screening criteria into 2 groups,namely 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.There were no significant statistical differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,left and right limbs,mild to moderate severity,and other related factors(P> 0.05).Treatment group: Routine treatment after ulnar nerve anterior transposition,plus oral administration of mecobalamin tablets + Qi Shen Huan Wu capsules,0.5 mg of Mecobalamin tablets each time,3 times daily,Qi Shen Huan Wu capsules 3 capsules each time,3 times a day.Control group: Routine treatment was performed after subcutaneous anterior ulnar neurolysis,followed by the use of mecobalamin tablets,mecobalamin tablets 0.5 mg each time,3 times a day.The two groups of patients were given oral drugs for 3 months.The two groups of patients were observed and recorded neurological recovery,electrophysiological data,and functional evaluation of the cubital tunnel syndrome at 3 and 6 months after treatment,respectively.The spss21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the patients at 3 and 6 months after treatment.The status of the observation indicators for each month.Results 1.The gender,age,left and right limbs,mild to moderate severity of the two groups of patients are not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and clinical studies can be conducted.2.(1)Comparison of the recovery of neurological function: the recovery of neurological function between the two groups was statistically different 3 months after treatment(P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in neurological recovery between the two groups after 6 months of treatment(P> 0.05).(2)Comparison of neuroelectrophysiological conditions: The neuroelectrophysiological conditions were statistically different between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.(3)Comparison of the functional evaluation of the cubital tunnel syndrome: There was a statistically significant difference in the evaluation of the functional evaluation of the cubital tunnel syndrome between the two groups at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P <0.05).3.After the treatment,neither group of patients showed liver and kidney damage and other adverse reactions.Conclusions 1.Mecobalamin tablets can effectively promote the recovery of ulnar nerve function in patients with cubital tunnel syndrome.2.Qishen Huanwu Capsules combined with mecobalamin tablets are effective and safe in promoting the recovery of ulnar nerve function in patients with cubital tunnel syndrome.It is a better choice for clinical use as a drug to promote the restoration of ulnar nerve function.Figure0;Table10;Reference 93...
