| The beauty of buttocks is considered as an important symbol of body aesthetics.It is becoming more and more popular to shape beautiful buttocks by surgical methods,autologous fat transplantation is currently a safe and effective surgical method.This article reviews the research progress of autologous fat transplantation.Starting with aesthetics and anatomy of buttocks,according to the best hip protrusion ratio and waist-hip ratio,personalized schemes are formulated according to different people.Transplantation survival theory and host substitution theory are the mainstream theories of fat survival at present,the transplanted adipocytes survived only in the region of 300 microns at the edge of the tissue,while the rest activated adipose regeneration through adipose-derived stem or progenitor cells;increasing vascular permeability of recipient tissue,fixing recipient area and increasing the contact area between the graft and recipient area were beneficial to adipose survival.Before operation,patients need to be fully evaluated.Fat suction according to the formulated scheme,wet low-pressure liposuction and large diameter cannula canreduce blood loss,improve safety and adipocyte survival rate.Centrifugation and precipitation of the obtained fat are all suitable methods for fat treatment,and ASCs collected can improve fat survival rate,but they are not used in buttock surgery,the research of fat freezing technology can provide more choices for the future field of fat transplantation.Large diameter blunt cannula,repeated injections,only injecting in subcutaneous or superficial muscle plane,avoiding overfilling are recommended for fat injection to improve the survival rate and safety.At the same time,only subcutaneous injection in dangerous triangle area is essential,but the phenomenon of deep intramuscular migration denies the safety of superficial intramuscular fat injection.At present,it is recognized that a small number of multiple injection methods are safe and effective. |
