Objective: To explore if the continuous ice lasting for1month after autologous fattransplantation for forehead can improve the survival rate of autologous fat; to esplorethe soft tissue thickness variation after autologous fat transplantation for forehead.Methods:The48subjects were choosen from our department during December2012toOctober2012who wanted to take autologous fat transplantation and were healthy.20ofthem were chosen, who eere aged between20to30years old and smokeless, as samples.10of them were given ice treatment on forehead for1month after surgery,20minutesevery time with1hour’s interval,,5times a day, as group A;.The other10personsdidn’t got ice treatment after surgery, as group B. Then use the ultrasound technology todetermine the soft tissue thickness at the middlepoint of forehead before surgery, thenthe right time after surgery, at24hours after operation,48hours after operation,72hours after operation,1week,1months,3months,6months after operation (M, thecenter of the front line with sideburns attachment intersection). These datas wereanalyzed by SPSS17.0. And a questionnaire survey was made to see if the patients weresatisfied with the results.Results:6months after the surgery, the thickness of the frontal soft tissue of patientsfrom group A was smaller than that from group B. Duering.1week to a month afteroperation, the reduction of soft tissue thickness was the largest.At1month,2month, 6month after operation,. the patients from group A were more satisfied with the resultsthan those from group B.Conclusion: Ice treatment lasting for1month after autologous fat transplantation forforehead can reduce the survival rate of autologous fat.
