Object 1.To explore the effects of the activity of granule fat by comparing injecting respectively after assistor and conventional syringe.2.To explore the application and best operating parameters of assistor by comparing the pressure changes during autogenous fat grafting using assistor and syringe on the face respectively.Methods 1.Take 100 ml granule fat in the same patient’s,divide it into 3 groups,use the same method for purification,use booster and syringe to inject 30 ml respectively,then take 30 ml do not handle as control group.Then deal with the three groups of fat by HE staining and separated the adipocytes and extracted ADSCs.Comparing the effects of the three methods on activity of adipocyte and adipose stem cells.2.Twenty patients with facial autogenous fat filling in our cosmetic center were collected.Taking the number of injections per site as cases,measured the pressure in the frontal(12 cases),tempus(12 cases),cheeks(12 cases),chin(12 cases),lacrimal sulcus(8 cases)and nasolabial groove(8 cases)respectively when grafting with the assistor and conventional syringe,compared the pressure changes when inject with the two methods.Result 1.The granule fat injected by the injection assistor was compared with the syringe group and the control group in terms of morphology,adipocyte and adipose stem cell activity.The results were not statistically significant(p>0.05).2.The average pressures was different when using the injection assistor and the syringe for fat grafting in various parts of the face.The mean pressure of the assistor group waseven smaller.They were the frontal(6.39±0.72,7.59±0.77)N,tempus(6.89±0.74,7.69±0.91)N,cheeks(5.74±0.81,6.64±0.84)N,chin(6.37±0.85,7.48±0.68)N,nasolabial groove(6.57±0.67,7.72±0.83)N and lacrimal sulcus(5.24±0.98))N;3.The pressure fluctuation when use of assistor in all parts of the face(except for the lacrimal sulcus)were smaller than that of traditional syringe method.They were the frontal(4.61±0.56,6.45±0.67)N,tempus(6.35±0.58,7.17±0.89)N,cheeks(5.50±0.54,6.01±0.65)N,chin(6.50±0.68,7.32±0.77)N,nasolabial groove(5.71±0.45,6.29±0.60)N.Conclusion 1.The use of the injection assistor for autologous fat grafting does not affect the activity of the granule fat;2.The injection assistor has constant pressure and speed in the fat grafting process,and the pressure fluctuation is even smaller,so as to avoid the damage caused by the injection pressure to the adipocyte;3.The assistor has a constant amount of fat injected per unit time,which can meet the requirements of facial meticulous fat grafting;4.The injection assistor is easy to operate,stable in performance and suitable for promotion in clinical work.
