Actively coping with the aging of the population is a major social issue facing China in the 21 st century. In 2016,the elderly population over 60 years of age in China has reached 230 million people, accounting for 16.7% of the total population of the country. It is expected that by 2020,the elderly population over 60 years of age in China will reach 255 million. With the acceleration of population aging, the challenges of "not getting rich first","not getting old first","Young children" and "dying Alone" have intensified.Promoting healthy aging is the proper meaning and important part of the problem of building a healthy China strategy.According to the survey data published by the World Health Organization and China's Health Planning Commission, there are still widespread choices about health behavior in residents ' health behavior choices due to perception biases. For the elderly population in China, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes and all kinds of chronic diseases are the main sources of risk affecting the health condition, quality of life and even mortality of the elderly,if the elderly have perception biases, fail to take correct healthy behaviors, and fail to take effective prevention in a time,It is not possible to control this risk in a time. Therefore, health perception biases has more important practical significance for correcting the health behavior of the elderly and improving the health status of the elderly. This paper selects the social activities of middle and old people as the agent variable of healthy behavior of middle-aged and old people, and constructs the health perception biases by using the methods of Hsieh and Lo(2017),In this paper, the influence of health perception biases of the elderly on their health behavior is studied, and the following conclusions are obtained: the perception biases has a significant effect on the participation of middle-aged and old people in social activities. The impact of health perception biases on the overall social activity participation of the elderly in the past one months was significantly positive, and the more optimistic the elderly are about their health status, the more willing they are to participate in social activities.Age has a significant negative impact on health behavior of middle-aged and old people, and gender has no significant impact on the overall social activity of middle-aged and elderly people.Unmarried old persons are more frequently involved in social recreational activities than persons with married spouses. As the level of education increases, the participation of old persons in social activities increases gradually. All kinds of activity places in the community have a significant positive impact on the health behavior of the elderly.By studying the influence of health perception biases of middle-aged and old people on healthy behavior,we hope to provide some policy suggestions for realizing healthy aging in China: first,we should establish the comprehensive service system of geriatric health care and the monitoring system of health assessment for the elderly, and secondly, build a long-term care system to provide continuous service for the elderly. Finally,we should build an environment that cares for the elderly and safeguard their rights and interests. The innovation of this paper mainly lies in: from the perspective of research,by introducing health perception biases, combining the health behavior with the perceptual theory in the field of behavioral economics, further deepening and expanding the research scope of healthy aging, and also pointing out a new direction for the future study of healthy aging;on the subjects,This paper focuses on the health status of the elderly aged 45 years and over.At this stage, there is not much research on the health status of middle and old people, most of which focus only on the health status of the elderly.
