Objective:1.To evaluate the status and influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation intention, disease perception, health promotion behavior of patients with atrial fibrillation after ablation at the time of discharge, three months and six months after discharge.2.To explore the trends in different timelines of cardiac rehabilitation intention, disease perception and health promotion behavior in patients with atrial fibrillation after ablation within 6 months.3.To provide effective health education for improving the health promotion lifestyle of patients with atrial fibrillation after ablation.Method:Using the convenience sampling method,125 patients with atrial fibrillation who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected to undergo ablation surgery in the arrhythmia department of a grade III class A hospital in Dalian from November 2019 to July 2020.After obtaining the patient’s informed consent, questionnaires were conducted on the patients at the time of discharge, three months and six months after discharge. The research tools included general information questionnaire, the cardiac rehabilitation Inventory, disease perception questionnaire, and the revised health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ.Application of SPSS 22.0 statistical software for data descriptive analysis,Pearson correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, repetitive measure analysis of variance,P < 0.05 difference is statistically significant.Results:1.A total of 125 patients with atrial fibrillation who met the criteria were included in this study, the follow-up time was 6 months, and 18 patients were lost to follow-up,with a loss to follow-up rate of 14.4%.2.The cardiac rehabilitation intention score of atrial fibrillation patients discharged from hospital after ablation was(39.37±5.89)points,at 3 months after discharge was(41.60±5.55)points,and at 6 months after discharge was(43.73±5.97)points.Cardiac rehabilitation intention showed an increasing trend at 3 time points within 6 months after discharge(P<0.05),and pairwise comparison showed significant difference in cardiac rehabilitation intention(P<0.05).Regression analysis shows hospitalization frequency, history of underlying diseases and severity of symptoms were the main factors influencing the cardiac rehabilitation intention of patients with atrial fibrillation after ablation, and the three factors explained 27.4% of the variation.3.The illness perception score of atrial fibrillation patients after ablation was(50.08±9.76)points,at 3 months after discharge was(52.63±8.42)points,at 6 months after discharge was(47.50±10.33)points.The perception of illness at 3 time points of 6months after discharge showed a trend of rise first and then fall(P<0.05),and pairwise comparison showed significant difference in illness perception(P<0.05).Regression analysis shows hospitalization frequency, atrial fibrillation type and symptom severity were the main influencing factors of illness perception in patients with atrial fibrillation after ablation, and the three factors explained 38.4% of the variation.4.The health promotion behavior score of patients with atrial fibrillation after ablation was(100.45±15.41)points,at 3 months after discharge was(107.47±20.28)points,at 6 months after discharge was(112.24±20.48)points.Health promotion behaviors showed a slow upward trend at 3 time points within 6 months after discharge(P<0.05),and pairwise comparison showed significant difference in health promotion behaviors(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that occupation, underlying disease and symptom severity were the main influencing factors of health promotion behavior in patients with atrial fibrillation after ablation, and the three factors explained 37.9% of the variation.Conclusions:1.The cardiac rehabilitation intentions of atrial fibrillation patients after ablation were at moderate levels at three different time points after discharge, three months after discharge, and six months after discharge. With the extension of time, the intention of cardiac rehabilitation has an increasing trend.Changes in cardiac rehabilitation needs are not only reflected in the severity of atrial fibrillation symptoms, but also in the number of hospitalizations and the history of underlying diseases.Clinical medical personnel arrange targeted rehabilitation courses for patients and teach them according to their needs,so as to improve the enthusiasm of patients to participate in cardiac rehabilitation.2.The illness perception of atrial fibrillation patients after ablation was in the upper middle range at three different time points after discharge, three months after discharge, and six months after discharge. With the extension of time, disease perception showed a trend of slow rise and then rapid decline.Changes in disease perception were seen not only in the severity of atrial fibrillation symptoms, but also in the number of hospital stays and the type of disease,Clinical medical staff shall carry out continuing health education for patients with atrial fibrillation after discharge, using simple and understandable ways to help patients acquire the correct disease cognition and maintain the right attitude.3.The health promotion behaviors of atrial fibrillation patients after ablation were at moderate levels at three different time points after discharge, three months after discharge, and six months after discharge. With the extension of time, the trend of health promotion behavior increases slowly.Changes in health-promoting behaviors were seen not only in the severity of atrial fibrillation symptoms, but also in occupational and underlying disease history,Clinical medical staff should prompt patients to carry out early rehabilitation intervention after discharge, encourage patients to actively participate in personalized health management projects, maintain correct and positive habits of work and rest, and promote the improvement of health status.
