Objective & SignificanceThe “Plan of Health China 2030” pointed out that health should be placed in the position of priority development, which promotes the public's awareness of health risks. It is becoming more and more common for the public to search for health risk information through the Internet. However, the lack of pertinence of health risk-oriented network health information service is mainly due to the individual differences in health risk perception(individual subjective perception and judgment of various factors, activities and diseases affecting physical and mental health),which cannot be effectively identified by information systems at present. Therefore, how to effectively identify the difference of health risk perception among users has become an urgent problem to be solved. In the process of searching for health risk information, users' health risk perception cannot be directly acquired and identified, but the Hierarchical Interaction Model points out that cognition can be embodied by information seeking behavior such as query reconstruction and browsing query results. Therefore,it is an important way to solve the above problems to reveal the cognitive needs and cognitive changes behind the behavior through observable information seeking behavior. At present, the research mainly focuses on the static relationship between health risk perception and information search intention, and the dynamic interaction between health risk perception and information behavior needs to be further studied. As the main users of the network, undergraduates' information seeking behavior is representative. At present, the level of health risk perception of undergraduates in our country is poor, which increases the hidden dangers for adults to suffer from chronic diseases.Based on this, this study reveals the relationship between health risk perception and information seeking behavior by analyzing the cognitive needs and cognitive changes behind information behavior.Theoretically,it can supplement the existing cognitive interaction model and to enrich the theory of context-based user behavior;in practice,it has important practical significance for accurately grasping the cognitive needs under the health risk perception situation, improving the quality of personalized health information service, and improving undergraduates' health riskperception.Content & Methods(1)Determining the measure dimensions of health risk perceptionThere is a lack of systematic analysis and measurement tools for health risk perception dimension in previous studies. Therefore, this study analyses the measurement dimensions of health risk perception based on the psychometric paradigm and existing research at home and abroad.Based on this, this study designs a questionnaire of health risk perception and verifies the reliability and validity of the questionnaire through two rounds of surveys.308 questionnaires were collected from the pre-survey,272 questionnaires were valid, the effective rate was 88.3%.347 questionnaires were collected from the formal survey,325 questionnaires were valid, the effective rate was 93.65%.Cronbach ? and Pearson correlation analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;exploratory factor analysis was used to identify the measure dimensions of health risk perception.(2)Construction of the theoretical model of the relationship between health risk perception and information seeking behaviorBased on Sense-Making Theory and Hierarchical Interaction Model,Risk Information Seeking and Processing Model and Risk Perception Attitude Framework, the relationship of variables between health risk perception and information seeking behavior was analyzed, the theoretical model of the relationship between health risk perception and information seeking behavior was constructed, and the research hypothesis was put forward.(3)Experiments on the relationship between health risk perception and information seeking behaviorThe correlation between health risk perception and information seeking behavior was validated by experimental and surveys.A total of 100 undergraduates were recruited for the experiment, and the effective sample size was 97.The experiment consists of three steps: pre-questionnaire survey, information seeking behavior and post-questionnaire survey.Based on the existing research,a self-designed pre-and post-questionnaire was compiled. The questionnaire was used to investigate individual characteristics, health risk perception, affective response, perceived information gathering capacity, information insufficiency and information characteristics. The screen video software was used to record the actual information seeking behavior of the experimental objects.Analysis of variance,t test,non-parametric test, variance analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis were used by SPSS and AMOS to analyze the relationship between related variables.(4)Strategies of health information service for health risk perceptionIn view of different context of health risk,a portrait of users' needs of health isk perception can be constructed and the pertinent strategies of network health nformation service can be put forward according to users' search history.so as to mprove the quality of network health information service,to improve users' health isk awareness, and to improve the health literacy.Results(1)It was clear that health risk perception includes four measure dimensions: possibility, severity, controllability and familiarity.Individuals have the highest risk perception of severity and the lowest risk perception of possibility.(2)The health risk perception questionnaire is scientific and effective, which can be used as an effective measurement tool for follow-up research.(3)The theoretical model of the relationship between health risk perception and information seeking behavior has the variables of individual characteristics, health risk perception, affective response, perceived information gathering capacity, information insufficiency, information characteristics(including information formal features and information content features)and information seeking behavior.(4)The number of query reformulation is 124.The types of query reformulation included generalization, specialization, word substitution, word repetition, new vocabulary and changes of query paths. The most common type is new vocabulary and the least is word repetition.Users with lower health risk perception have the least number of query reformulation.(5)Health risk perception has a significant impact on the total number of pages accessed, number of actively query reformulation, type of query reformulation, and number of encyclopedia pages(P<0.05).The risk perception of possibility has a significant impact on the number of actively query reformulation and the number of open encyclopedia pages(P<0.05).The risk perception of controllability has a significant impact on the total time of information searching and number of result pages of video(P<0.05).The risk perception of familiarity has an impact on the total number of pages accessed, number of search result pages, number of result pages of picture, number of result pages with title of question, number of forum websites, and number of encyclopedia pages(P<0.05).(6)After information seeking behavior, the health risk perception of the subjects was changed. There is 32% of the subjects with risk perception decline and 57.7% with risk perception increase. The change of health risk perception is mainly affected by whether to browse the websites of forum and encyclopedia(P<0.05).The change of the risk perception of possibility is mainly affected by whether to browse the websites of official and encyclopedia(P<0.05).The change of the risk perception of familiarity is mainly affected by whether to browse the websites of forum and encyclopedia(P<0.05).(7)The users' satisfaction with query results(satisfaction with query results reflects the characteristics of information content)affects the changes of health risk perception, risk perception of possibility and risk perception of familiarity(P<0.05).(8)Users with higher perceived information gathering capacity prefer retrieval with word and browse the websites of official, encyclopedic and the first research result(P<0.05).(9)Except that education level has an effect on health risk perception and perceived information gathering capacity(P<0.05),other individual characteristics have little effect on related variables(P>0.05).In addition, affective response and perceived information gathering capacity have no significant impact on information seeking behavior(P>0.05).Conclusions(1)Health risk perception includes four measure dimensions of possibility, severity, controllability and familiarity.(2)Health risk perception has a direct impact on information seeking behavior, and the ability of perceived information gathering capacity also has an impact on information seeking behavior.(3)The characteristics of the information(including characteristics of information form and information content)in the process of information interaction affect the changes of health risk perception;...
