Characteristics And Countermeasures Of Internet Public Opinions On The Doctor-patient Disputes

Doctor-patient relationship is one of the most important and fundamental relationship in human life.The trend of "materialization" between doctors and patients has becoming increasingly apparent,Recently,it is often reported that escalating medical disputes and patient conflicts,even violence hurts and other extreme events.Doctors and patients are facing serious crisis of confidence.Doctor-patient disputes become the main cause of tension and the most intuitive and outstanding performance between doctors and patients.How to properly resolve disputes between doctors and patients become a serious challenge to the medical community and academia,and become the most important part to improve the doctor-patient relationship.This paper attempts to start from the perspective of doctor-patient disputes on Internet public opinion,combining qualitative and quantitative researches,grasping the intensity of the actual conflicts,the actual cognition and attitude towards doctors and patients,focusing on the actual factors affecting the relationship between them,and so on.Then take the problem as the guide,draw lessons from foreign experience,andstrive to put forward the solution to the problem based on the discovery of the problem.The study has found that: The advanced hospitals and doctors,the patients at bottom of social class are more easily involved in the problem of disputes.Patients and their families take the most responsibilities.All of the dead in the disputes,which occurred in the period of leaving hospital or treatment,are medical personnels.The causes of the disputes are mainly due to the non-medical reasons.Rude words and actions of patients and doctors are the most frequent non-medical causes.Medical accidents,medical failures caused by doctors' irresponsibility,technical ability deficiency are the most frequent medical causes.Newspaper have played a prominent role during exposuring the disputes.After disputes,the hospitals and medical supervisory authorities handled them in time.
