In recent years,conflicts between doctors and patients become increasingly acute and disputes emerge in endlessly,which accelerate the deterioration of interpersonal relationship between doctors and patients.As a special social relationship,conflicts between doctors and patients and frequent disputes have become a major hidden danger threatening the stable development of domestic medical and health undertakings and the harmonious development of society.How to scientifically solve the doctor-patient disputes,eliminate the contradictions and barriers,and guide the healthy development of the relationship between the two has become an important research topic of building a harmonious medical service order in the new era.Therefore,it is urgent to start from the objective reality,take effective intervention measures,correctly handle the doctor-patient disputes,continuously accumulate experience,and form a doctor-patient dispute handling mechanism with Chinese characteristics.This study starts from the actual investigation,analyzes the current situation and specific causes of the doctor-patient relationship,and puts forward preventive countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the hospital to deal with the doctor-patient relationship scientifically and build a harmonious development order.The main research contents of this paper include:The first of all is about combing the doctor-patient dispute related research literature at home and abroad,through the study and analysis,form the basic theory,with the characteristics of the performance for the current doctor-patient dispute and sticking point have a more comprehensive understanding,understanding the current the occurrence of medical disputes between medical staff and macro environment,economy and the prescriptions,the affected party aspects of cognitive differences,there is a close relationship,and both doctors from different angles can be found that the current perception of level of medical and health undertakings,disease serious differences,both doctors in effective communication.The Second part is that a practical investigation was carried out in a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Hunan Province to collect data on doctor-patient disputes from 2016 to 2019.Questionnaires and interviews were conducted between doctors and patients to collect a large amount of data.The Third part is about Analyze the collected data to understand the cognition of the two major subjects of doctor-patient disputes.Then,this paper analyzes the main causes of domestic doctor-patient disputes from three aspects: macro environment,doctors and patients.Lastly.according to the causes of doctor-patient disputes,it puts forward strategies to prevent doctor-patient disputes,which are put forward from the government,hospital and patient education.Theoretical basis for the study based on doctor-patient dispute,a hospital in hunan province in 2016-2019 doctor-patient dispute case as an example of analysis and research the causes of medical disputes between medical staff and protection strategy,through literature review,the dispute case analysis and questionnaire survey methods such as doctor-patient dispute information collection,to study the status of the hospital medical disputes,and the characteristics and causes of medical disputes to the hospital is analyzed,and corresponding prevention measures are put forward.
