Objective:To evaluate the effect of Qi acupunture at Wailaogong point on the degree of hand spasm, motor function and ability of daily living in patients with hand musclar hypertonia after stroke, and to explore the clinical curative effect of Qi acupunture at point Wailaogong on hand muscle hypertonia after stroke. Methods:Sixty patients with post-stroke hand muscle hypertrophy were randomly divided into Qi Thorn Wailaogong group and ordinary acupuncture group,30 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatment for apoplexy. The outer palace of toil group was treated by the outer palace of toil method.Ordinary acupuncture group adopted ordinary acupuncture method. Two groups of patients were treated once a day,40 minutes each time,4 weeks as a course of treatment, take a day off for a second course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.According to the degree of hand spasm before and after treatment(Modified Ashworth Spasticity Scale),Hand Motor Function(Hand Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Score)and daily living ability(barthel index grading method).Results:1.Before and after the treatment,MAS scores of the hands in the Qi-needling,foreign labor palace group and the common needing group decreased after the treatment, both FMA score and ADL score were significantly increased, and there were significant differences between the three scales before and after scoring in the group(P< 0.05).This shows that the two acupuncture methods can reduce the increase of hand muscle tension after stroke to varying degrees.2.After the treatment,MAS score,FMA score and ADL score between the Qi-needling foreign labor palace group and the common needling group have significant statistical significance(P< 0.05),This shows that the Qi-needlingforeign laborpalace group has more improvement on the degree of hand spasm, the improvement of hand function and activity, and the improvement of daily living ability of patients with increased hand muscle tension after stroke than the ordinary acupuncture group.3.After treatment, compared with the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the two groups, the obvious effective rate, the improvement rate, the effective rate and the ineffective rate of the Qi Thorn Wailaogong group were51.72%,27.58%,17.24% and 0.34%,respectively;The obvious effect rate, improvement rate, effective rate and ineffective rate of common acupuncture group were 35.71%,17.85%,28.57% and 28.57%,respectivel.The total effective rate of the Qi-needling foreign labor palace group was96.55%,compared with the general acupuncture group, the total effective rate was 71.52%,with significant statistical significance between the two groups(P< 0.05).This shows that the Qi-needling method is better than the common acupuncture method in improving the symptoms of patients with increased hand muscle tension after stroke.Conclusion:1.The method of needling foreign workers together with ordinary acupuncture can reduce the increase of hand muscle tension after stroke to varying degrees.2.The treatment effect of Qi-acupuncture on the degree of hand spasm, motor function and the improvement of daily living ability of patients with hypermyotonia after stroke is better than that of ordinary acupuncture group.3.Both Qi needing external labor palace method and common acupunc-ture method can improve the increase of hand muscle tension after apoplexy, and the clinical curative effect of Qi needing external labor palace method is better than that of ordinary acupuncture method.
