Objective:To observe the clinical effect of long head needle and body needling in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in children with cerebral palsy,and to explore the mechanism of its treatment for children with cerebral palsy and provide more effective treatment for children.Methods:60 children with spastic cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The rehabilitative training group was a control group.The clinical Bobath and Vojta therapy were applied once a day,seven times a week,three months as a course of treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with head point,long needle and body acupuncture,and the head points were selected for Baihui,Qu temple,Qian Shen Cong and Tong Tian.In the upper extremity acupoints Hegu,Quchi,Waiguan,Xuanzhong,lower extremities Zusanli,Taichong and Jiaji points back together.It will be necessary to sterilize the local skin of acupuncture points,the acupuncture point of the Baihui acupoint of the scalp acupuncture point,the front God Cong,the thorns through the thorns,the needle 2h,the acupuncture point of the body,once a day,seven times a week,and three months as a course of treatment.To compare the improvement of the gross motor function score and the improved Ashworth grading evaluation score of the two groups of children before and after treatment,and to evaluate the clinical effect of the long retention needle of the head point combined with the semi pricking method of body acupuncture in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy.Result:1.two groups of children before and after treatment GMFM score comparison,two groups of GMFM score increased significantly,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.the improved Ashworth grading evaluation score of the two groups of children before and after treatment,two groups of improved Ashworth grading evaluation score significantly decreased and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.scalp long needle combined with body acupuncture needling on half gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy improvement.2.scalp needle acupuncture combined with body acupuncture long half of children with spastic cerebral palsy muscle tension improvement.3.head,long retaining needle combined with body acupuncture and half needling method is better than functional rehabilitation training in improving gross motor function and muscle tension in children with spastic cerebral palsy.4.it is proved by clinical comparison that head acupuncture,long needle retaining and body acupuncture and half needling are safe,effective and convenient for operation,and are suitable for children with spastic cerebral palsy.
