The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Treatment For Anxiety After Stroke By Yang-Acupuncturing Guitang Point

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of treatment for anxiety after stroke by yang-acupuncturing Guitang point,to find a new way to treat anxiety disorder after stroke.Methods:Sixty-six patients with anxiety after stroke were randomly divided into two groups by random number table,the treatment group 33 cases and the control group 33 cases.The two groups were given basic treatment and rehabilitation training in neurology department,at the same time,two groups weregivenstandardizedoralFlupentixoland Melitracen Tablets(Deanxit),every morning,noon oral 1 tablets respectively.The treatment group was treated with yang-acupuncturing Guitang point and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Zung's self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and ADL assessment Barthel index(BI)evaluate the curative effect before treatment,4 weeks of treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment respectively.After 8 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Statistical analysis using SPSS20.0.Results:1.Two groups of patients before treatment were given HAMA,SAS and BI score.The treatment group and the control group in comparison,there was no significant difference between the groups(p>0.05),the two groups were comparable.2.Two groups of patients with curative effect analysis:The efficacy evaluation of two groups were compared before and after treatment with HAMA,SAS and BI.HAMA and SAS score decreased(p<0.05)after 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment,BI scores increased.But the improvement of HAMA,SAS and BI scores in the two groups after 8 weeks treatment were more obvious than 4 weeks of treatment.Comparison among groups(p<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Two groups of patients after treatment,the mental anxiety factor,body anxiety factor and sleep factor scores were significantly improved.4.Total efficacy of the two groups in comparison:Two groups of patients were treated simultaneously for 8 weeks,through evaluation of curative effect of HAMA scale,there was significant difference between BI index increment and HAMA reduction rate.The results showed that BI high rate of treatment group with anxiety symptoms improved better.HAMA reduction rate can directly determine the improvement of anxiety in patients and have definite curative effect.The total effective rate of treatment group was 84.84%,the total effective rate of control group was 63.63%.The two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Treatment of anxiety after stroke with yang-acupuncturing Guitang point has exact effect and can improve the patient's self-care ability and alleviate anxiety after stroke.2.The curative effect of treatment for anxiety after stroke with yang-acupuncturing Guitang point is better than that of traditional acupuncture.
