Clinical Observation On Fuyang Canning Combined With Three-needle Acupuncture For Treating Allergic Rhinitis Of Lung-qi Deficiency And Cold Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuyang cupping combined with acupuncture of nose three acupuncture in treating allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold syndrome by comparing with simple acupuncture of nose three acupuncture,in order to analyze the difference of curative effect,so as to guide the clinical treatment better.Methods: On the basis of meeting various standards,60 patients with allergic rhinitis of deficiency of lung-qi and cold syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,three needle groups of acupuncture nose,three needle groups of Fuyang cupping plus acupuncture nose,30 cases in each group.After routine disinfection,needling Yingxiang acupoint,Yintang acupoint and Bitong acupoint for 30 minutes each time,once a day,five times a week.In the group of "Fuyang Cup + Acupuncture Nose Three Needles",the three needles were combined with "Fuyang Cup" and "Acupuncture Nose Three Needles".The operation of "Fuyang Cup" was first warmed,then warmed and scraped properly,and then warmed moxibustion.The treatment was carried out on Monday,Wednesday and Friday every week,three times a week,and the three needles were combined with The two groups were treated for a course of 1 week,a total of 4weeks,with 4 courses as the observation period.Before and after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,and 3 months after the end of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated by symptom and sign score,serum specific Ig E antibody and eosinophil count of nasal secretion smear before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results: 1.There were significant differences in symptom and sign score,serum specific Ig E antibody and eosinophil count in nasal secretion smears between the two groups before and after treatment,and after 3 months follow-up(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The results showed that the two treatment schemes could effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients,reduce the serum specific Ig E value and eosinophil count in nasal secretion smears.2.After treatment and follow-up,the scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups were compared(P < 0.01).The results showed that the method of Fuyang cupping combined with three needles of nose for alleviating nasal obstruction,nasalitching,sneezing and runny nose in patients with allergic rhinitis of deficiency of lung-qi and cold type was superior to that of simple three needles of nose.3.After 3 months follow-up,the eosinophil count of nasal secretion smear between the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.01).The results showed that the long-term reduction of eosinophil count in the group of Fuyang Cup + Acupuncture of Nasal Three Needles was obviously better than that in the group of Acupuncture alone.4.Efficiency comparison: The total effective rate of Fuyang cupping combined with needling nasal three needles group was 93%,and that of needling nasal three needles group was 80%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05),which showed that the clinical effect of Fuyang cupping combined with needling three needles of nose was better than that of simple needling three needles of nose.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture of three needles of nose and Fuyang cupping combined with acupuncture of three needles of nose can alleviate the symptoms of allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency and cold type to a certain extent,but the combination of Fuyang cupping and acupuncture of three needles of nose can alleviate the symptoms of allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency and cold type more effectively than simple acupuncture of three needles of nose,and the long-term effect is more obvious.2.The clinical effect of Fuyang cupping combined with three needles for nose is better than that of simple needling for nose.3.It is safe and effective to treat allergic rhinitis of deficiency of lung-qi and cold type by Fuyang cupping combined with Jin’s Nasal Three-point Needling,with strong operability,lasting curative effect and obvious advantages,which can be widely promoted.
