| Objective:By observing the improvement of symptoms after taking Yitongshu pill in patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst,the clinical efficacy of Yitongshu pill in treating this disease was analyzed,and a more effective treatment plan for the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst was provided.Method:From March 2018 to March 2019,30 patients were treated in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which met the diagnostic criteria for TCM cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst.Oral administration of Yitongshu pill per 6g,3 times a day,served with warm water.1 menstrual cycle is a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3menstrual cycles,withdrawal observation,and follow-up after 3 menstrual cycles of withdrawal.Compare the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,TCM symptom curative effect,maximum diameter of ovarian chocolate cyst,serum CA125 level,and comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yitongshu pills in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst.Results:(1)After treatment of 30 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst,the scores of TCM syndromes decreased significantly,and the difference before and after treatment was extremely significant(P<0.01),indicating that Yitongshu pills can effectively improve patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst TCM symptoms.(2)After treatment of 30 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst,the symptoms of TCM symptoms showed a cure of 10%,markedly effective 30%,effective 30%,ineffective 30%,and total effective rate was 70%,indicating that Yitongshu pills were treated.Thecurative effect of TCM symptoms of cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst is significant.(3)After treatment of 30 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst,the maximum diameter of the capsule was significantly reduced,and the difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.01).It shows that Yitongshu pills can effectively reduce the maximum diameter of ovarian chocolate cyst.(4)After treatment of 30 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst,serum CA125 levels were significantly decreased,and the difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.01).It indicated that Yitongshu pill can effectively reduce the serum CA125 level of patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst.(5)After treatment of 30 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst,the clinical efficacy showed 3.33%recovery,40% effective,30% effective,26.67% ineffective,and 73.33% in total effective rate.It is indicated that the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst is significant.Conclusion:(1)Yitongshu Pill can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of TCM patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst.(2)Yitongshu pills can reduce the cyst mass of patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst.(3)Yitongshu pills can effectively reduce serum CA125 levels in patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis-type ovarian chocolate cyst. |
