The Clinical Observation Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst

Objective:To conduct acupuncture treatment of patients with standard blood stasis type ovarian chocolate cysts,Observation on acupuncture treatment of TCM Syndromes,the level of CA125,the maximum diameter of the cyst and the improvement in the quality of life scores of blood stasis in patients with ovarian chocolate cyst.Methods:60 patients diagnostic criteria of blood stasis with ovarian chocolate cyst collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine were given acupuncture treatment.According to the different parts of Acupuncture divided into treatment group and control group in all 30 cases,the treatment group were treated with acupunctureinGuanyuan,Zhongji,Diji,Qihai,Zigong,TianshuXuehai(bilateral),Hegu(bilateral),Sanyinjiao(bilateral),Zusanli(bilateral),Tai chong(bilateral).The control group were treated with acupuncture points of non meridian and non acupoints.Acupuncture 1 times a day,every 30 minutes,1 months for a course of treatment.After 3 courses of continuous treatment,the change situation of TCM syndrome score,the level of CA125,the maximum diameter of cyst and the quality of life of the patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.To comprehensive evaluation of the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type of ovarian chocolate cyst.Results:1.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups showed that the treatment group recovered in 1 cases,Markedly effective in 14 cases,Effective in 10 cases,Invalid in 5 cases,The total effective rate is as high as 83.33%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,Markedly effective in 4 cases,effective in 8 cases,invalid in 17 cases,the total effective rate was 41.37%.The treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,TCM syndrome score of two groups compared significant difference,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,the CA125 level decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group,the largest diameter of chocolate cyst was significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the difference in quality of life score of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of acupuncture treatment of blood stasis type ovarian chocolate cyst clinical is accurate,It can improve the overall clinical efficacy,can improve TCM syndrome score significantly,can reduct focal mass,can reduce CA125 serum values,can improve the quality of life of patients,Promotion each ability includes the ability to control pain.
