| Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical observation of acupuncture on blood stasis ovarian chocolate cyst of pelvic pain,to explore the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type of chocolate cyst of ovary and pelvic pain,evaluate the clinical curative effect of ovarian chocolate cyst pelvic pain patients before and after treatment,so as to establish a new method for the new path for the effective treatment of chocolate cyst of ovary and pelvic painMethods:This study adopts randomized trials,collected from March 2015 to June 2016 in Heilongjiang Province,University of traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated hospital gynecology clinic with pelvic pain as the main purpose of treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst were 60 cases,using simple random method,divided into 2 groups,the acupuncture group of 30 cases,30 cases of acupuncture placebo control group,treatment group was given fixed point acupuncture treatment,the control group using the non acupoint acupuncture treatment,two times a day,every 30 minutes,1 months for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.Before and after the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,respectively,after the treatment of the two groups of patients with pelvic pain scores before and after treatment,the improvement of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine evaluation.Results:1.The treatment group and the control group before the treatment of age and disease course were statistically tested,There was no significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group and the control group before the treatment of dysmenorrhea symptoms and degree score,TCM syndrome score,VAS score by statistical test,no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.2.Two groups of patients in the treatment of TCM syndrome score,dysmenorrhea symptoms and degree score,VAS score changes were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Ren as the main acupuncture points,can effectively relieve pelvic pain caused by ovarian chocolate cyst in patients with clinical symptoms,improve the integral,and the degree of dysmenorrhea symptom score,so we further suggest that acupuncture therapy may reduce the ectopic activity,improve the depth of invasion,even the endometriosis lesions atrophy,also through the observation of safety the index and adverse reactions were observed,indicating that acupuncture therapy is safe and good compliance. |
