The Clinical Observation Of Tuizhen Xiaoban Decoction In The Treatment Of Wind-heat And Blood Dry Type Pityriasis Rosea

Objective:By observing the efficacy of Tuizhen Xiaoban Decoction in the treatment of wind-heat desiccative pityriasis rosea,and comparing the symptoms and signs of the patients before and after treatment and the local changes of skin lesions,this study aims to provide more targeted clinical treatment,more accurate curative effect,shorter course of treatment,and easy to take medicine.Method:80 patients with wind-heat desiccant-type pityriasis rosea were observed.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 in the treatment group and 40 in the control group.The treatment group was given the prescription Tuizhen Xiaoban decoction orally,and the control group was given the Chinese patent medicine Xiaoyin Granule orally,which was prescribed as a course of treatment every 2 weeks,and continued to take the drug for 2 courses of treatment.The changes of skin lesions of the patients before and after treatment were recorded.The symptoms of the two groups of patients were observed after treatment and the scores were recorded.Meanwhile,the scores were compared.Finally,the adverse reactions of patients during clinical observation were summarized,and the corresponding statistical methods were used to process according to different research data,so as to determine the efficacy and safety of drugs.Result:1.After treatment,the skin lesions of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 57.5%.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.From the four single indicators of erythema,scales,infiltration and pruritus,longitudinal comparison showed that the treatment group was superior to thecontrol group,and the significant difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Tuizhen Xiaoban Decoction can effectively improve the the symptom scores of wind-heat desiccation-type pityriasis rosea.2.Tuizhen Xiaoban Decoction is a safe,effective and non-toxic prescription for the treatment of wind-heat and blood-desiccation-type pityriasis rosea.
