At present the modern medicine often uses the antihistamine coordination external use, or uses immunity conditioner, antibiotic. The physiotherapy includs the ultraviolet ray illumination therapy, the high pressure oxygen treatment and so on. But still there is no recognized effective treatment. TCM treatment of this disease has a long history, has accumulated rich clinical experience, with the advantages of better efficacy and less side effects; At the same time there is a disadvantage, such as individual differences. In this study, the use of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medical technology, from clinical observation of the performance of General score pityriasis rosea in Chinese medicine the treatment of clinical efficacy, and provide a scientific basis, there is a theoretical and practical significance.Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy Powder Yinqiao Combined With Narrow Band UVB on Treating Pityriasis Rosea.Methods: 42 cases of pityriasis rosea were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. Treatment group 20 cases, oral Powder Yinqiao side Jiedu liniment for external use, combined with a rash of local narrow-band UVB irradiation; 22 cases of the control group, oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, use the same external treatment with the treatment group. PRSS points used before and after the skin lesions of patients with treatment changes. And recorded any adverse reactions. Results: Powder Yinqiao side is superior to the control group with in improving the treatment group at PRSS points, the efficiency, safety and timeliness. The differences are significant.Conclusion: Powder Yinqiao side effects clinical treatment of pityriasis rosea significantly better than cetirizine.
