The number of male, female patients, which were29,39; age14～45years, average27.1±8.64; the course of disease was1to14days, with an average of6.98±2.55. Results after treatment for4weeks because of poor treat-ment compliance,3cases.Results:The clinical efficacy is removed off in3cases, two cases by comparison, their age, gender distribution, comparable, after statistical analysis, two groups of clinical curative effect of recent had no significant difference; recovery were compared the recurrence rate, pityriasis rosea effect group the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the skin blood poison tablets group (P<0.01); recovery and recurrence interval, pityriasis rosea effect group was signi-ficantly longer than the skin blood poison tablets group (P<0.001). This shows, pity-riasis rosea effect treating wind-heat Yun skin type pityriasis rosea and skin blood poison has similar therapeutic effect, at the same time also can significantly reduce the relapse rate and prolo there currence interval, syndrome effect in two cases after treatment compared to upset, thirst, itching, yellow urine, constipation Chinese indiv idual clinical symptoms, the T test before and after the treatment group showed significant difference with the control (P<0.05); after treatment, the treatment group and the control group with significant difference (P<0.05), that in control skin itching degree of pityriasis rosea effect was better than that of skin blood poison tablets group.Conclusion:Pityriasis rosea effect treating wind-heat Yun skin pityriasis rosea is safe and effective, no obvious adverse reactions, curative effect is better than that of skin blood poison tablets group.
