Clinical Observation Of Treating Pityriasis Rosea Of Wind-heat Type By Xiaofeng Powder Combined With Narrow Band Ultraviolet Radiation

Objective:Use Xiaofeng powder combined with narrow band ultraviolet radiation to treat pityriasis rosea of wind-heat type,and observe the effect in improving the skin integral, the degree of pruritus,its safety and the recurrence rate,then analysis the advantages of the treatment of Xiaofeng powder combined with narrow band ultraviolet radiation of pityriasis rosea?Method:According to random number method to divided 60 patients of pityriasis rosea with a wind hot accumulate skin card into two groups:Treatment group of 30cases(using Xiaofeng powder combined with narrow band ultraviolet radiation),control group 30 cases(using Ebastine combined with narrow band ultraviolet radiation),and treating 1 to 2 courses,2weeks for a courses,then following up for 1month after treatment.Observeing and recording the patient's skin lesions,itching degree,work time,safety and adverse reactions,and the recurrence rate,etc.,and monitoring of blood routine, urine routine,liver function and renal function. Compared with the PRSS integral, the rapeutic index, the degree of pruritus, work time,safety and adverse reactions, and the recurrence rate, and so forth before treatment,2 weeks later and 4 weeks later.Results:(1) There were no statistical difference(P>0.05) in patients with age,sex,duration, itchy skin PRSS integral,the degree of comparison,in treatment group and control group before treatment;(2) compared with before treatment,2 weeks after treatment in both groups PRSS integral comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with 2 weeks after treatment,two groups of patients after treatment of 4 weeks PRSS integral were statistically significant(P<0.05), compared with control group, treatment group after treatment for 2 weeks,and 4 weeks, two groups of patients with PRSS integral are statistically significant(P<0.05);(3) compared with 2 weeks after treatment, two groups of patients with 4 weeks after treatment the curative effect comparison were statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with control group, treatment group after treatment for 2 weeks,and4 weeks,two groups of patients curative effect are statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)compared with 2 weeks after treatment,patients with pruritus level after 4 weeks treatment are statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the treatment group,itching degree of control group after 2 weeks treatment is statistically significant(P< 0.05),after 4 weeks treatment of itching degree is no statistical difference(P>0.05);(5) compared with control group, treatment group working time and the number of light are statistically significant(P<0.05);(6) The patients medication safety and adverse reaction of two groups have no statistical difference(P>0.05).A case of stomach discomfort and a case of mild erythema reaction are occurred in the treatment group in process of treatment,while a case of stomach discomfort and two cases of mild erythema reaction are occurred in the control group(7) compared with control group,the recurrence rate of treatment group have statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Xiaofeng powder combined with narrow band ultraviolet radiation has an exact curative effect in treatment of pityriasis rosea of wind-heat type,and this treatment can improve the PRSS integral, itching lesions, and good safety,less adverse reaction,low recurrence rate,so this treatment can treat pityriasis rosea safely and effectively.
