Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Peiyuan Decoction In The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this clinical observation is to explore the effectiveness of Jianpi Peiyuan Decoction in treating premature ejaculation of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and the improvement on sexual life quality,so as to provide clinical observation basis for the treatment of premature ejaculation of spleen and kidney deficiency Syndrome.METHODS: All the premature ejaculation patients collected by this study came from the Second Andrological Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to October 2018,and accorded with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.Based on the criteria of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion,64 patients were selected for randomized controlled observation.64 standard patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 patients in each group were observed.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Peiyuan Decoction,while the control group was treated with Qilin Pills for 8 weeks.The scores of TCM symptoms,IELT,CIPE-5 and sexual life satisfaction of spouses were recorded before and after treatment.The data between the two groups were analyzed statistically before and after treatment.RESULT: After 8 weeks of treatment,the score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 8.84 ± 2.30 and that in the control group was 10.25 ±2.58.The average scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than that before treatment with statistical significance(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM symptom score table.In IELT,the treatment group was 4.20± 1.80 and the control group was3.22 ± 1.77 and were significantly higher than before treatment with statistical significance compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The two groups had statistical significance after treatment(P<0.05)and the treatment group was better than the control group.In CIPE-5,the treatment group was better than the control group.17.25± 1.72 in the treatment group and 16.06±2.37 in the control group.There was statistical significance between the twogroups before and after treatment(P<0.05)and there was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of spouse sexual satisfaction:the treatment group was 7.78 ± 2.30 and the control group was 6.47 ± 2.19 and both were with statistical significance than before treatment(P<0.05)while there was with statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05)indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Through the analysis of the results of this observation,it is concluded that Jianpi Peiyuan Decoction is an effective method for the treatment of premature ejaculation with spleen and kidney deficiency Syndrome.It can prolong the incubation period in vagina,improve CIPE-5,improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,improve the spouse sexual satisfaction,and the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group.CONCLUSION:1.Jianpi Peiyuan Decoction and Qilin Pills can significantly improve patients' scores of IELT,CIPE-5,and improve spouse sexual satisfaction,and reduce TCM symptom score.2.Jianpi Peiyuan Decoction is superior to the control group in improving patients' scores of IELT,CIPE-5,spouse sexual satisfaction and TCM symptom.
