Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Combined With Qilin Pills In The Treatment Of Kidney-yang Deficiency Oligoasthenozospermia

Objective:Observation of acupuncture combinde and Qilin Pills in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency type oligoasthenozospermia explore a more effective treatment method of Tcm and provide reference and theoretical basis for the future clinical application.Methods:80 cases patients with kidney yang deficiency type oligoasthenozospermia from the Heilongjiang Andrology of TCM male clinic were divided into two groups according to the patients’ voluntariness: 40 cases in the observation group received acupuncture combinde and Qilin Pills treatment,the control group of 40 patients were given Qilin Pills,and the two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Observe and record the therapeutic indicators and side effects of the two groups.The changes of semen parameters in two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the scores of TCM symptoms were analyzed.Result:There were 31 cases in the control group and 30 in the treatment group.The total effective rate of the two groups of semen was compared,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 70.97% and 86.67%(P<0.05).There were significant differences.The curative effect of Chinese medicine was compared,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 70.97% and 90%(P<0.05)respectively,and there were significant differences.No obvious side effects were found in the two groups of treatment.Conclusion:(1)acupuncture combined with Qilin pills can significantly increase the sperm density and PR percentage in patients with kidney-yang deficiency oligoasthenospermia.(2)in improving the symptoms and therapeutic effects of deficiency of kidney-yang deficiency oligoasthenospermia,the superposition effect of acupuncture combined with Qilin pills is more obvious than that of orally taken Qilin pills.(3)acupuncture is effective for kidney-yang deficiency oligoasthenospermia.
