Clinical Evaluation Of Peiyuan-lichang Decoction In Treating Senile Antibiotic Associated Diarrhe With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of peiyuan lichang decoction in treating senile antibiotic related diarrhea in patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,in order to provide effective and effective treatment.Methods: according to the diagnosis and screening criteria to select 60 patients with AAD,bowel decoction group and control group,30 cases randomly divided into school manage Mr Kang group of 30 cases of treatment 1 week,2 course of treatment,compared before and after clinical trials,symptom integral,defecate mold changes,using SPSS software for statistical analysis.The adverse reactions were observed and determined according to the safety indexes.Results: the clinical manifestations of the two groups were alleviated,the symptoms were reduced,and the pedicle soup group was more effective(P<0.01).No cure cases in both groups,school intestinal soup group,8 cases were markedly effective,effective 18 cases,4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 87%,Mr Fei kang group 20 cases,10 cases of invalid,the total effective rate was 67%,school bowel decoction group is more effective than from Philippines kang group(P < 0.01);After the test,there was a significant decrease in the number of molds in the two groups of patients,and the group was better than the perfikang group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred after the test.Conclusion: school manage intestinal soup for elderly antibiotic associated diarrhea have remarkable curative effect,with recovery of intestinal microecological balance,inhibition of toxin absorption,immune regulation,anti-inflammatory therapy effect,such as clinical worth extending.
