| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Modified Gui Jing Decoction on premature ejaculation of liver and kidney at prolonging the time of ejaculation,improving symptoms,improving patient self-confidence and improving husband and wife's emotions.Methods:1.30 cases of male outpatient department of Fujian People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to meet the criteria of inclusion of liver and kidney yin deficiency and premature ejaculation,and the clinical trial design was carried out by self-control method.2.For the inclusion of flavored Gui Jing Tang oral treatment,each dose of 2 blunt,a total of 4 weeks of treatment.3.According to the patient referral situation,observe the clinical efficacy of four time points,before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks of ejaculation latency(if only one week life record time,if many times Taking the mean),premature ejaculation diagnostic scale,changes in symptoms of Chinese medicine,and observe the patient after taking the reaction.Results:1.Changes in ejaculation time(IELT)in patients:Pre-treatment patients with IELT in the range of 91.0307 ± 1.91 seconds,the maximum value of 106.00 seconds,the minimum 71.89 seconds,Treatment in the range of 242.75 ± 16.16 seconds,the maximum value of 410.84 seconds,the minimum value of 76.45 seconds,5 patients with IELT before treatment did not extend,and the remaining 25 cases were extended to varying degrees,The maximum value was 307.04 seconds,and the difference was significant(P<0.01)before and after treatment,which was statistically significant and the effective rate was 83.33%.2.Patients with premature ejaculation diagnostic scale(PEDT)score:PEDT score in the range of 13.67 ±2.62,the maximum value of 16 points,the minimum value of 10 points,after treatment in the range of 5.97 ± 0.57 weeks,the maximum value of 15 points,the minimum value of 3 points,before and after treatment to improve the highest score Up to 11 points,According to the evaluation criteria of 5 cases were ineffective,markedly effective in 25 cases,the effective rate of 83.33%;3.TCM syndrome score:The score of TCM before treatment was 20.68 ± 0.22 points,the highest 24 points,the lowest 16 points,the treatment of four weeks after 9.73 ±0.49 points,the highest 21 points,the lowest 6 points before and after treatment points diference of 1 minute,up to 18 points,5 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,before and after treatment(P<0.01)were significantly different,the effective rate of 86.67%.4.During the experiment to lost 1 case of patients,theother 2 patients due to his wife early pregnancy can not room off,follow-up re-collection of 3 cases.Conclusion:Modified Guijing Decoction for patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency type of premature ejaculation patients have a good clinical efficacy,and safe and reliable,which not only prolongs the patient ejaculation latency,enhance patient self-confidence,to promote harmony between husband and wife,more importantly,to improve the patient's physical condition,To enhance physical fitness,multi-angle,all-round to achieve therapeutic purposes. |
