Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Middle-aged Women With Qi Deficiency And Blood Deficiency Constipation By Jiawei Sini San

Objective:To treat middle-aged women with qi stagnation and blood deficiency constipa-tion by using Jiawei Sini San,to observe the improvement of symptoms and defecation function,and to propose more effective treatment for middle-aged women with qi stagnation and blood deficiency constipation.Methods:From April 2018 to August 2018,40 patients with qistagnation and blood deficiency constipation were collected.The average age of women aged 40 to60 years was 49.6±5.98 years.The shortest course was 6 months and the longest course was 5 years.In the year,the average duration of disease was3.24 ± 0.9 years.Three patients fell off during the treatment,and a total of 37 cases were completed.The 40 patients enrolled in the group were given Jiawei Sini San(Bupleurum,Hemao,Angelica,Muxiang,RadixRehmanniae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Polygonummultiflorum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Paeoniae Alba)to make granule powder(from Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)Provided in the preparation room of the affiliated First Hospital)12g per dose,three times a day with warm water.Weekly changes in the symptoms of constipation before and after treatment,the disappearance rate of constipation after treatment and the improvement of the total score of TCM symptoms were observed,and the total effective rate of patients was counted.The course of treatment was 4weeks,and the patient was followed up 1 week after the end of the treatment to check whether the patient had recurrence.Result:1.The symptom scores of constipation before and after treatment impro-vedP<0.05,which was significantly different and statistically significant.2.The main symptoms of constipation before and after treatment were64.9%,the rate of disappearance of fecal traits was 56.7%,the rate of disa-ppearance of defecation frequency was 40.5%,and the rate of disappearanceof defecation was 81%.3.The total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was P<0.05,which was significantly different and statistically significant.4.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome after treatment can reach91.9%.in conclusion:1.Jiawei Sini San can improve the function of defecation in middle-aged women.2.Jiawei Sini San can improve the clinical symptoms of middle-aged women with qi stagnation and blood deficiency constipation.
