| Objective:to observe the clinical effect of Jiawei shengji yuhong ointment on wound healing of female patients after partial internal sphincter fasciotomy through sacrococcygeal approach.Methods:72 female patients with Outlet Obstructive Constipation(OOC)were randomly divided into treatment group(Jiawei Shengji Yuhong Ointment,N=36)and control Group(Aikexin medical antibacterial dressing,N=36).After treatment,the data were collected and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.The pain,secretion,granulation and healing time of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After the two groups of cases into the group,before treatment,the two groups of cases of age,childbearing age,course of disease were statistically analyzed,P>0.05,no significant difference,comparable.The results are as follows:(1)Pain score:the two groups of patients after treatment can be,postoperative pain has been reduced;On the 7th day after operation,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);At 21 days after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At this time,the wounds of the two groups were basically healed or the epithelial tissue began to grow and gradually covered,the patients had no pain,and there was no significant difference in pain score.(2)Wound secretion:comparing the secretion scores of the two groups on the 7th and 14th day after operation,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the secretion score between the two groups on the 3rd and 21st day after operation(P>0.05).Because the inflammatory infiltration period was within the 3rd day after operation,the amount of inflammatory secretion exudation was large,although the efficacy had played a role,the difference was not obvious.On the 21st day after operation,the wound gradually healed,and there was no secretion exudation at this time.There was no significant difference in the wound exudate score.(3)Granulation tissue:the growth of granulation tissue in the treatment group was better than that in the control group on the 7th and 14th day after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);On the 21st day after operation,there was no significant difference in the growth score of granulation tissue between the two groups(P>0.05).At this time,the patients were in the late stage of healing,and the granulation tissue grew well and began to turn into scar.(4)Wound healing days:the average healing days of the treatment group was 17.42±1.99 days,the average healing days of the control group was 20.33±1.99 days,the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01),it can be concluded that the treatment group wound healing and muscle regeneration was significantly less than the control group,indicating that Jiawei Shengji Yuhong ointment has a very good effect in promoting wound healing.(5)Total effective rate:the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 100%,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that Jiawei Shengji Yuhong ointment and Aikexin medical antibacterial dressing had the same efficacy in treating postoperative wounds..(6)Safety:in the process of clinical research,no obvious abnormality was found in the safety test before and after treatment.In the process of research,no infection,rash and other adverse reactions caused by external use of Jiawei Shengji Yuhong ointment were found.Two groups of patients were cured,no pain,no secretions,no bleeding,follow-up for six months,anal appearance and function were normal.Conclusion:Jiawei shengji yuhong ointment can effectively reduce the pain and exudation of wound surface,and promote the growth of wound granulation tissue after partial internal sphincter relaxation through sacrococcygeal approach,to speed up the healing time.It is an effective and safe ointment for external use of traditional Chinese medicine.It is suitable for the healing stage of surgical convalescence and is scientific and practical. |
