Retrospective Analysis Of Modified Yangxin Decoction In Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:This study adopted retrospective analysis method to analyze the Chinese medicine syndromes,angina pectoris symptoms and electrocardiogram changes of patients with stable angina pectoris(type of qi deficiency and blood stasis type)treated with modified yangxin decoction and explore its clinical efficacy.Methods:The cases were selected from 86 patients who were admitted to the department of cardiology of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2016 to December2017 and diagnosed with coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).All the collected medical records were treated with modified yangxin decoction,adopt the method of retrospective analysis,analyze and compare the changes of before and after treatment of Chinese medicine syndrome integral(chest tightness,weakness,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,night sweating,be agitated,insomnia,etc.),electrocardiogram change,changes in angina pectoris and electrocardiogram changes,to investigate the effect of yangxin decoction on stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis).The therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the data were processed and analyzed with SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.Chinese medicine syndromes: Chinese medicine syndrome scores were significantly reduced after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Chinese medicine syndrome effect,the total effective rate of 89.54%.2.Angina pectoris symptoms: angina pectoris symptom scores decreased after treatment,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris was as high as 90.70%.3.In terms of the electrocardiogram effect,the effective rate was 81.39%after treatment,in 29 cases with obvious effect,41 cases with effective effect,16 cases without effective effect,and 0 cases with aggravation.Conclusion:1? Yangxin decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of chest pain,chest tightness,fatigue,shortness of breath,night sweats and insomnia in patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).2? Yangxin decoction can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris.3? Yangxin decoction can improve electrocardiogram ischemia in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis).
