Clinical Observation On Supplemented Decoction Of Trichosanthes Fruit Macrostem Onion And Pinellia Tuber In Treating Qi Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Type Thoracic Obstruction(Stable Angina Pectoris)

Objective:This study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of supplemented decoction of Trichosanthes Fruit Macrostem Onion and Pinellia Tuber in the treatment of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type thoracic obstruction.And analyze its mechanism of action,In order to provide more ideas and methodsfor clinical treatment of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type thoracic obstruction(stable angina pectoris),Improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart diseaseMethods:Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type thoracic obstruction and the diagnostic criteria of stable angina pectoris were included in the study.Divided into treatment group and control group by random number grouping.The gender,age,course of disease,source of the case,angina pectoris CCS grade,underlying disease(hyperlipidemia,hypertension,diabetes,overweight),TCM symptom classification,and ECG abnormalities were compared between the two groups.Through statistical analysis,P>0.05 was obtained,suggesting that there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups,which is comparable.The control group received standardized treatment for stable angina pectoris,including Aspirin enteric-coated tablets,100 mg each time,once a day,Atorvastatin calcium tablets,20 mg each time,once a day,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,47.5mg each time,once a day,isosorbide mononitrate sustainedrelease tablets,40 mgeach time,daily 1 time.The treatment group was treated with the addition of the supplemented decoction of Trichosanthes Fruit Macrostem Onion and Pinellia Tuber on the basis of the drug given to the control group.The prescriptions are as follows: 20 g of Trichosanthes Fruit,15 g of Macrostem Onion,12 g of Pinellia Tuber,30 g of membranous milkvetch root,12 g of Corydalis ambigua,9g of Chuanxiong,9g of large-headed atractylodes,6g of sandalwood(Grinding and take drenched),Add the appropriate amount of white wine to decoction,3 times a day,1 bag(100ml)each time,warm clothes before meals,7 days 1 course of treatment,and even served for4 weeks.During the medication,Angina pectoris related curative monitoring project,TCM syndrome points,electrocardiogram,blood lipid and other curative indexes were observed,and the points were counted.Observe relevant safety indicators and record.After the treatment,the data of the curative effect index and the safety index were statistically analyzed,and the data processing analysis was performed using SPSS17.0statistical software,By comparing the statistical analysis results of the two groups of curative and safety indicators,the relevant conclusions were drawn.Results : 1.In the treatment group and the control group,compared with before treatment,the angina symptom score,the TCM symptom score decreased,the blood lipid level improved,cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)values have dropped,Statistical analysis of relevant data,P values are less than 0.05,statistically significant.In the treatment group,The effective rate of angina pectoris,TCM symptom efficacy,and ECG improvement in the treatment group were 87%,93%,and 87%,respectively.In contrast,the data for the control group were 70%,80%,and 67%.The appeal index suggested that the treatment group and the control group had good curative effect on Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type thoracic obstruction(stable angina pectoris).2.In the comparison between the two groups,by comparing the efficacy of angina pectoris,angina symptom scores,TCM symptom efficacy,TCM symptom scores,blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C),ECG efficacy data,after statistical analysis,The P values were 0.023,0.036,0.023,0.03,(0.00,0.00,0.002),and0.014,both of which were less than 0.05,which were statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group was superior to thecontrol group.3.Compare the incidence of adverse events.Comparing the number of patients with abnormal safety indicators before treatment,the results showed that p=1.00>0.05,suggesting that the two groups were statistically significant and comparable.Conclusions:supplemented decoction of Trichosanthes Fruit Macrostem Onion and Pinellia Tuber has good curative effect on Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis type thoracic obstruction,and its effect is better than that of western medicine.This prescription can alleviate the angina symptom of the patient apparently,improve prognosis of coronary heart disease,without apparent toxic side effect.And it is worhwhile to further study its mechanism of action,which can provide ideas for the research and treatment of coronary heart disease with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
