Objective:Patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were selected, and the intervention measures of the heat-sensitive point Catgut lmplantation(kidney shu, large intestine shu, waist eye)were adopted to carry out a prospective study on the evaluation,so as to objectively evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the heat-sensitive point Catgut 1mplantation.Test design:70 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 35 patients in each group. In the experimental group, shenshu, changshu and yaoyan acupoints were used as heat-sensitive point Catgut Implantation and the acupoints were embedded lines on the day of enrollment, and then embedded lines once every 10 days for one course of treatment,a total of two courses. The control group received ordinary acupuncture,5 times a week,5 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index score(ODI)and spinal activity score were used to evaluate the improvement of patients' lumbago symptoms and quality of life.Result:1.The basic differences between the two are not obvious(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate was 82.35%in the experimental group and 81.81%in the control group, with no statistical difference(P>0.05).3.After the first treatment, the VAS score in both the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly, and the decrease rate in the control group was greater than that in the experimental group. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.01).After the first treatment, the scores of spinal motion degree in both the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly. The decreases in the control group were greater than those in the experimental group, and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).4.ODI scores of the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, the spinal activity score of the experimental group and the control group decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the above three scales between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).5.1 month follow-up after the end of treatment showed that the ODI score of the experimental group and the control group continued to decline, and the decline rate of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Safety analysis:there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with conventional acupuncture, both of them can effectively relieve the lumbar pain of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain, improve their spinal activity, and improve their quality of life, with comparable efficacy.2.Routine acupuncture has better immediate analgesic effect on patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain;3.Heat-sensitive point Catgut 1mplantation therapy has good follow-up effect and less operation times, which is more convenient and suitable for students and working people.
