The Effect Of Massage Combined With Acupoint Injection On Quality Of Life In Patients With Chronic Lumbar Muscle Strain

Objective This study compares the effect of massage combined with acupoint injection and simple massage therapy on the quality of life of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain,evaluates the effectiveness and superiority of massage combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain,and explores its mechanism,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods In this study,70 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with massage and acupoint injection,and the control group was treated with simple massage,5 times a week,1 week for a course of treatment,for a total of two courses.By observing the changes of VAS and SF-36 scores before treatment,1 week after treatment and at the end of treatment,the statistical analysis was performed and objective evaluation was made.Results1 Baseline analysis of general dataThe results showed that there were no significant differences in gender,age,height,weight,body mass index,course of disease,VAS,and SF-36 dimensions between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).2 Comparison of VAS score between two groups(1)The change of VAS score in the first week after treatment: the comparison between the control group and the treatment group showed that there was a difference in VAS between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that both the control group and the treatment group can relieve pain.Comparison between groups found that the control group and the treatment group were not statistically significant.(2)Changes in VAS scores at the end of treatment: VAS scores were lower in the control group and the treatment group than before treatment and in the first week after treatment,suggesting that the pain was improved in both groups;the treatment group and the control group were found to be compared between groups.There was a difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group improved the degree of pain better than the control group.3 Comparison of SF-36 score between two groups(1)Changes in SF-36 scores in the first week after treatment: There were significant differences in PF and BP between the two groups(P<0.01).There were significant differences in PF,BP,and RP between the treatment groups(P<0.01).There was a difference in VT(P<0.05).Comparison between groups showed that there were differences in PF,RP and VT between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the improvement effect of PF,RP and VT in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(2)Changes in SF-36 scores at the end of treatment: In the group,there were 8improvements in the treatment group and the control group.There were significant differences in the PF?BPand VT in the control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in BP?RP?VT and MH(P<0.01).The comparison between the two groups showed that there were differences in PF,BP and RP between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving pain,improving physiological functions and physiological functions.ConclusionIn this study,we used massage combined with acupoint injection to treat chronic lumbar muscle strain.By observing the changes of VAS and SF-36 scores,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Both the treatment group and the control group reduced the VAS score and improved the SF-36 score.(2)The treatment group reduced the VAS score more obviously.(3)The treatment group improved in physiological function,physical pain,physiological function,energy and mental state,and was more obvious than the control group in terms of physiological function,physical pain and physiological function.Simple massage therapy,massage combined with acupoint injection therapy can improve the quality of life of patients;massage combined with acupoint injection for chronic lumbar muscle strain disease is not only better in relieving pain,improving dyskinesia,relieving functional limitations,but also treating patients.The energy and psychology have certain regulatory effects.The clinical curative effect is clear and the advantages are outstanding.It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and is worth promoting.
