Analysis Of Cases Of Chloasma Treated By Ruby Lattice Laser Combined With Oral Administration Of Chinese Medicine

Objective: By reporting the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of an effective case of melasma treated by the Fractional Ruby Laser combined with Chinese medicine,the paper summarizes the treatment of melasma,so as to enhance the understanding of melasma and improve the diagnosis and treatment level of melasma.Method: The clinical data of a patient with melasma were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnosis and treatment of chloasma were summarized based on relevant literatures and studies at home and abroad.Result: In this case,the fractional ruby laser with a wave length of 694 nm,a pulse width of 10 ns and a spot diameter of 7mm,dot matrix mode and an energy density of 2.5-4.0mj/cm2 was used 9 times in succession,combined with Chinese medicine,he the patient's condition of melasma was significantly improvedConclusion: The Fractional Ruby laser in the mode of low fluence,large spot size,and multiple times,combined with Chinese medicine has certain curative effect in the treatment of melasma,which can be used in clinical treatment of melasma.
