Effect On Postherpetic Neuralgiaand Immune Function Treated With Gabapentin

Objective To explore the postherpetic neuralgia's cellular immune function after treated with gabapentin.Methods Standarded 37 cases postherpetic neuralgia's patients were choosed as the research object,with self-contrast method.treating patients with oral capsule,gabapentin with rapid titration dosing method,the total dose of1800 mg/d in the sixth day,and at the same time daily giving painkillers acetaminophen oxycodone 0.5 pills,three times a/d,on a daily basis to give antidepressant fluorine pp thiamethoxam tons of beauty Qu Xin piece 1 piece,one time a/d.Treatment after 7 days to 1800 mg daily maintenance of gabapentin,never treated with acetaminophen oxycodone and fluorine pp thiamethoxam tons of beauty QuXin piece.Before treatment(T0),7 days(T1),treatment for 14 days(T2)and treatment for 21 days(T3)extraction in patients with peripheral venous blood,measuring CD4 + T lymphocytes and CD8 + T lymphocyte subgroup,and calculate the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 +.Each point of NRS score in the whole experiment process.Results 1.after treatment of PHN patients NRS score changes over time aredeclining,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.cellular immune function comparison: after treatment in patients with CD4 + T cells and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio increases,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and CD8 + T lymphocyte subgroup no change,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion Firstly with gabapentin treatment PHN three weeks can improve cellular immune function.
