Objective: This study by analyzing the state of anxiety and depression state of what is happening in the hypertension in the crowd, blood lipids and depression scores in patients with essential hypertension(EH)and the relationship of the anxiety scores, and generally associated with hypertension were statistical analysis, discussion on blood lipid and the state of anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, the crowd of correlation. Methods: This study respectively into the group of 100 cases of Healthy people and 100 patients with primary hypertension, use Person Healthy Question-9(PHQ-9)and Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD-7)rate,relatively Healthy people with depression and Anxiety of patients with essential hypertension(EH)number of differences, further will be graded according to the patients with essential hypertension(EH)Anxiety and depression scores subgroup classification,The correlation of triglycerides and cholesterol in patients with essential hypertension was analyzed.Results:1.The incidence of depression and anxiety was 16.0% and 11.0% in the 100 healthy subjects. The incidence of depression and anxiety was 33.0% and 29.0% in 100 patients with essential hypertension. The results were statistically significant between the two groups(p<0.05).2.In the depression and non-depression groups, age, duration of illness, control, solitary living, triglycerides, and total cholesterol were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the anxiety and non-anxiety groups, the results of gender, place of residence and monthly income level were statistically significant(P<0.05),while triglycerides, total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The depression score and anxiety score were used as dependent variables, and the variables with statistical significance were used as independent variables for binary Logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the duration of illness(OR=0.195,P=0.008),whether the patient lived alone(OR=0.308,P=0.048)and triglyceride level(OR=1.632,P=0.036)were significantly correlated with depression in patients with hypertension.Gender(female)has a significant correlation with hypertension combined with anxiety(OR=4.767,p=0.003).There was a positive correlation between depression and triglyceride level(=0.49),but a negative correlation was observed in the anxiety group(=-0.528).Conclusion:1.The incidence of depression and anxiety in patients with primary hypertension is significantly higher than that in healthy people.2.In the primary hypertension group, the depression group was correlated with age, time of illness, control and living alone, and triglyceride level, among which the time of illness, living alone and triglyceride level were significantly correlated.3.Depression and triglyceride levels were positively correlated in patients with essential hypertension.4.In the primary hypertension group, anxiety group was correlated with gender, place of residence and monthly income level, among which gender(female)was significantly correlated.
