Objective: Acute myocardial infarction,AMI is due to persistent and severe myocardial ischemia caused by some acute myocardial necrosis. As a common critical cardiovascular disease, acute myocardial infarction has serious threat to the physical and mental health of patients.Acute myocardial infarction itself is a high risk of death critical, most patients of it have severe chest pain, palpitations, and even dying and discomfort, which makes patients prone to some negative emotions such as anxiety, depression [31] and so on.And mental stress will happen to some patients, such as anxiety and depression,post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, adaptive disorders, personality deviation, lifestyle such as sedentary and behavior problems such as smoking.Anxiety and depression status were recognized risks for cardiovascular disease that can occur in elder patients with acute coronary heart disease for long-terms before acute myocardial infarction,or for the first time in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and has a huge impact on the patient's condition, prognosis and quality of life.Foreign studies have found that decreased brain cell cholesterol will lead to decreased lipid viscosity, exposure to 5-hydroxy trptamine, and then lead to depressive symptoms [11].However,some scholars found that the impact of lipid on the emotional is not large in the study [12].Van Deedt Dortland [35] and other studies have shown that poor lipid protein are closely related with depressive symptoms, can lead to increased LDL-C,while depressive symptoms can cause HD-C reduction. The current domestic reports of the influences anxiety and depression status made on blood lipid levels of interventional treated patients with acute myocardial infarction were barely seen, and the reports of this kind of influence made by dual-hearted medical model were also barely seen domestically. In this study, patients with acute myocardial infarction, thepatients with anxiety and patients with depression were enrolled in this study. The levels of blood lipid were measured after admission and discharged 4-6weeks for observing relationship between anxiety, depression and blood lipid levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 227 patients which receiving interventional treatment in ICU of Armed police logistics college affiliated hospital from July,2015 to July,2016 with age <80 who have acute myocardial infarction were selected for the research.Anxiety and depression were assessed within 72 hours after admission, patients were divided into observation group and control group by Self Rating Depression Scale[5] and Self Rating Anxiety Scale for evaluations[6].The observation group was accompanied by anxiety or depression, and the control group did not with anxiety or depression.Aiming at analysis of relations between Anxiety or Depression and blood lipid, fasting blood test has been made for blood lipid levels on empty stomach in second days before the morning of 7 days of admission and discharge journey follow-up has been taken at following 4-6 weeks after leaving hospital.Results:1 In 227 cases,111 cases(49%)had anxiety,53 cases(23%)had depression,39 cases(17%)with anxiety and depression,125 cases in the observation group and 102 cases in the control group, the general data of the two groups were comparable.2 Hospital blood fat check the next day.It is meaningless to compare TG,TC,Lp(a),LDL-C,HDL-C between the observation group and control group(P>0.05).3 The levels of TC,TG,Lp and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)which was shown in lipid review at 4-6 weeks after discharged, and the HDL-C index was significantly lower than that of the control group, their blood lipid condition was all improved(P<0.05).4 TG,TC and LDL-C decreased significantly(P<0.05)and HDL-C had no significant change(P= 0.0721)in the observation group compared with theblood lipid index at 4-6 weeks after discharge.TG,at the same time,TC and LDL-C in the control group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),HDL-C increased(P<0.05).5 Compared with the observation group, the improvement of blood lipid in the control group was significantly better than that in the observation group(P<0.05).6 Anxiety or depression scores in the observation group were positively correlated with TG(r=0.271),TC(r=0.291),LDL-C(r=0.110),and negatively correlated with HDL-C(r=0.034).Conclusion: Acute myocardial infarction patients with anxiety and depression need to pay attention to their blood lipid levels, their blood lipid levels will affect the occurrence and development of anxiety and depression in patients with acute myocardial infarction and recovery.Acute myocardial infarction(TG),TC and LDL-C were positively correlated with anxiety and depression scores, and the higher the score, the more obvious the dyslipidemia, and the negative correlation between anxiety and depression(HDL-C)..
